Highly Recommended!Best Pet Water Fountain with Smart Sensing & Stainless Steel Tray!
This is pretty nice pet water fountain. My cats love it. I like how easy it was to set it up. It has 3 modes; timing mode, continuous mode and sensing mode. I love the sensing mode as it senses when my cats get close to it and dispenses water. Battery last a long time as well. I love that it has filter which keeps the water clean for my cats.It is very easy to clean as the water tray is made up of stainless steel. The water control module is very quiet which was surprising because I was expecting it to make noise while dispensing water. The water tray can be latched to the container that make the tray very secure and there is no chance of tray to detach from the body while cats are drinking water. It also comes with a brush to clean the system. It also has filter replacement and battery indicator that reminds me to change the filter and if the battery gets low.

Bad tray design, quit working after three weeks
Quit working after three weeks, and of course the return window closed yesterday. What happened to 60-90 day returns? By the time you receive an item and set it up you barely have time to give it a trial before you’re stuck with it, and Amazon makes it so hard to figure out how to contact anyone!But as far as the function when it actually did work, still not good. I liked that it was quiet and cordless, the battery lasted about a week between charges for me on motion sensor mode. However it was a total failure for my cats, they were startled by the water turning on and wouldn’t go near it. I thought the timer feature would allow it to act as a self-refreshing water bowl but there’s no water captured by the tray like my last fountain, it all immediately drains back to the reservoir. I could have tried it in continuous mode, but that would mean it needs to be plugged in and then you might as well save your money and get a cheaper corded fountain.

The Perfect Cat Fountain Does Exist!
I absolutely love this No Pump Wireless Cat Water Fountain! My 6 week old kittens were always hesitant with noisy fountains, but this one is truly whisper quiet. I LOVE that it has a motion sensor setting so that it’s not running constantly. I set it to ‘continuous’ at first so they would get used to it. The wireless design makes it so much easier to place anywhere without worrying about cords, and the stainless steel bowl keeps it looking sleek and clean. Stopped working after 2 weeks
Stopped working in less than a month. It was decent until it wasn’t. I like everything about this fountain for our cats but can’t say much if it stops working. We did every possible thing to troubleshoot. We checked for any clogs, it’s plugged in etc etc. we haven’t even had it for more than a couple weeks so maybe we got a lemon. I’ll take a replacement and change the review and update if it changes. It’s easy to clean and super easy set up. It’s quiet but the fact that it lasted less than 3 weeks is what is upsetting. So I’ll give them another chance and see what happens.

As many… many other reviews have mentioned, this fountain worked fantastic and my cats seemed to really like it. Unfortunately, after about 6 weeks of use, it is no longer working or charging. Please look elsewhere for your pets hydration needs!

Changed my original 5 star review with this 3 star review because of one issue:CAN’T FIND REPLACEMENT FILTERS AND CANNOT SEEM TO CONTACT SELLER BECAUSE I KEEP GETTING REFERRED BACK TO AMAZON! I LOVE THE ITEM AND HOW IT WORKS. BUT FOR LONG TERM USE IT DOES NOT PROVIDE MORE THAN TWO REPLACEMENT FILTERS. THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO ORDER FILTERS!!!!Otherwise I love it because it is so QUIET and not splashing – it does not scare my cats like the other water fountains I have tried!
