Great customer service and excellent product
So I purchased this item 5 months ago and have shaved my two dogs twice since then, so 4 total doggie haircuts. I feel like that’s enough for a good review. Considering the price of this unit and the overall ease of use, I would consider it a major win. I was paying $120 per dog for grooming. So I’ve already saved $360.The weight of the unit is lightweight and the cord is long enough to maneuver around the animal. The 3L size is also a major plus as it doesn’t fill up as quickly as the smaller unit did. I did find the clipper blades work best if you brush the dog prior to clipping. If you have any matting, the blades will get caught up and will not cut the hair. For reference I’m grooming two 70lb sheepadoodles.The vacuum itself has no problem vacuuming the hair into the storage canister. I feel like if you had more sution, it would not assist the vacuuming process and would actually hinder the haircut. The vacuum noise itself is substantial but you have the option to decrease the vacuum by pressing the button. More powerful suction would also equate to more noise for the animal and may cause stress.The only durability issues I’ve experienced include one broken clipper blade. The spring clip that retains the black plastic clipper head broke. Be aware that the BM3 does not currently have a blade that’s compatible that sold individually through the website. I was told by customer service that it is coming soon. Additionally, the BM3 comes in two configurations so please be aware when ordering a replacement head if you need one.I contacted oneisall customer support after my clipper blade broke and they promptly sent me out a new handle with clipper blade. Considering I reached out via email and they sent me out a new clipper blade within 2 weeks I would consider this five star customer service support.Overall I’m very pleased with the unit. It has worked well for my dogs and it is also worked well for my pocketbook. The ease of use, cost and excellent customer service have won me over. If I had to purchase this again I would do it and would purchase the largest three liter vacuum that they sell.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best dog related purchase ever! This thing is the bomb dot com! It’s not very loud at all, it’s got 3 levels of suction and if you have a doggie sensitive to sound you can put it on level 1 and it works great on the lowest speed as well. I have Shiba Inu’s and they blow their costs a couple times a year like you’ve never seen. Then they do have seasonal shedding. They shed all the time actually, let’s be real. I only groomed my one male in these pictures and I only did the back half of him with concentration on his booty area where tufts of fur were coming off. Then we made a Shiba wig for fun bc why not!? It also has an awesome dog nail file attachment that I think is awesome! No more sharp edges when I trim their nails. Then to clean up the bed or rug or sofa where I vacuum the dogs, there’s another attachment to pick up that hair. I love that you just press the button while you’re grooming them and it lowers the blades or bristles and auto sucks the device clean so you can keep on vacuuming them without having to stop and clear off the brush. I love this vacuum!! I will never ever ever be without it again. Best part is my dogs still love me after using this on them. There were no hard feelings or running scared and mad at mommy this time!!

This vacuum is wonderful! First a noise level is so low. My pup has adjusted to it well and as he has grown in the last few months, he continues to enjoy it and is excited every time we use it it has helped him adjust to the groomer it is quiet it kisses bonding time. The brush is wonderful. The suction works. It cleans him out from any hair andknots. I’ve used the trimming tool around his feet and it works great. It’s very easy to use. Simply connect the hose plug it in put your attachment on and turn it on to three different levels of noise. I started low and even the high is quiet, which I can use now and that’s just to suck the hair into the hose once you clean the brush. I took one star away because the hose broke today. I bought this April 25 and it’s August 11 so almost 4 months. I did contact customer service I spoke with Vicky. I immediately sent a photo and a video to show the crack at the connection. Stuff happens, so four stars I’ll put the fifth one back if I get a replacement promptly. I’ve always had great Danes and never needed grooming so my first golden doodle and this has been a great grooming vacuum. It limits the mess. Well I’m told 4 weeks and then it still has to ship. not happy about that Waiting for a response again. another star down. Stay tuned. They came through. Appreciated.

Honestly an amazing product! The vacuum isn’t as quiet as I was expecting but worked out great, husband sat with our pupper and I clipped him. Three canisters full and our pup looks amazing!! He was settling down as the cut went along.The suctioning is what makes this so amazing, pulls the hair up and makes it super easy to cut plus no mess after is a super huge bonus!!Haven’t used the nail trimmer yet, going to have to read up how to use that first but so far so awesome with this product!!

The hose could be a bit longer and more flexible other than that It works great
