Great trimmer and fabulous customer service
First of all, I like the paw trimmer very much. The smaller head was great for cutting the hair around my dog’s nails and between the pads on her feet. She was a 60 pound elderly dog with arthritis and dementia. This trimmer is quite quiet and didn’t cause her much distress. I used Dr. Buzby’s ToeGrips on her so keeping the hair & nails trimmed was important. I also used the larger head during the summer when she got hot spots. Again, it worked great.After some time, I noticed the side of the small head didn’t clip together quite right. I contacted customer service to ask what could be done. Sue has been extremely conscientious & helpful all along the way. She sent a replacement head very quickly and when my local post office said it was delivered but I didn’t receive it and it couldn’t be found, Sue sent me another replacement head. Sue was very empathetic and the replacement head she sent is working very well on my younger dog. She also said to contact her again if I needed any replacement service. I don’t expect to need any but I know Sue would solve my problem in a timely fashion! Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Helpful, Great Value, Long Battery Life
This trimmer has a great value for its price point. It is easy to use, has multiple speeds, and the battery lasts for a long time. My dog (Golden retriever) does not like nail trims or having her paws touched, and she doesn’t mind this at all. The design is sleek and aesthetic. The trimmer works well on the fur between her paw pads while being light and easy to hold.

Work well but question durability
I have corded Andis clippers with different size blades for grooming my miniature schnauzer but have always struggled with those dainty little feet. I thought I would give these trimmers a shot. They worked very well and did a great job around his feet and private areas. He usually hates for me to do his feet but this makes less noise or a more acceptable noise (?). The only question I have is durability and will these last for many years like my Andis for such a cheap price. They do not feel like a quality trimmer but only time will tell. I will update with further use.

I have used noisy hair clippers and my dog freaks out and any type of power tool with a motor. These seem very durable and professional quality made. I like that they are rechargeable and no batteries to replace. I personally used it myself (sideburn trimming) first to see if it pulled hair and how it cut. We love our dog and wanted to be sure it trimmed without hurting or cutting his skin and wouldn’t be scary. This is a nice trimmer. I would use it myself. He is a large dog and his paws get so hairy he has trouble sitting on wood or tile floors and this is to easily keep his paw hairs trimmed.

not the fastest trimmer but does a good job.
In my opinion, this paid for itself on its first use! I have a Doodle and the Paws are difficult to trim. I ordered this because we camped where there was cheatgrass. I thought I had checked his paws well enough but wanted to make sure. This is a little slow going, but it does get between the toes and in between the pads and does a good job. I found 6 more pieces of cheatgrass just by being more thorough than I was able to with my normal razors. Very glad I bought it!

Good product
Works well and stays charged for a long time. The teeth on the clippers are short so you have to be careful when using as it has a close trim, have to keep the clippers angled pointing up.

Very Quiet IMO
I only wish it had a smaller tip for little cat paws. But this works very well and is quiet. I don’t like that it does not use USBC though. But light and easy to use

We love this thing!First I will say the best thing about this is how quiet it is. My wife is a groomer and always gets resistance from pups when trimming around the face, especially the mouth. With this quiet little device there’s nearly no resistance! Normal trimmers are very loud and large. The design on this is compact, makes it easy to handle and the lower power keeps the dogs calm. So far she’s used it on 3 grooming sessions and never had any issue with battery, as it’s mainly for small areas so I don’t think that will be an issue. Using it for the 5-10 minutes on the face we haven’t found any issue with it overheating either. Build is decent but our priority was slim and light. Being cordless is right away so much easier than the big trimmers. Great value.. we would’ve happily paid more for her new secret weapon!

Vaya, descubrí que mi perrito tenía una uña quebrada, no corta para nada las patas de perrito, solo hay que manejar bien el ángulo y no hacerlo con prisa, hacerlo cuando el perro esté tranquilo, o hacer una pata por día, me sorprendió que rápido corta, fue un excelente paticure, a mi Coker le crece mucho el pelo aquí, nos gusta mucho ir a la naturaleza, con esto ya no habrá más espinas en su pelo. 🙂

This little clipper exceeded my expectations. And while it’s not “whisper quiet”, it’s very reasonable without that high pitch vibrating sound (55db). It charges fast. Battery life excellent. Just keep in mind you need an USB adapter. Does not fit USB-C adapter (which most new phones require now).My newly rescued puppy has no issues with it on either setting. The blade doesn’t get hot and trims with ease without worrying about nicking the skin or developing a rash.Also can’t beat price point for two high quality blade attachments (paw trimmer/ ears/ private areas + big elbow suitable for trimming small pet areas.I don’t think it’s professional grade as in using at a dog spa. However, it is perfect for home use!
