Suitable for multi-pet households!
I have 7 cats so it was previously difficult to find a fountain large enough for everyone. I discovered this fountain and decided to try it out. Itās super quiet and the size accommodates all of my pets. It has 2 different filters which ensures the water stays clean. Itās also stainless steel so it hardly harbors any bacteria, making it super easy to clean. I am very pleased with the overall quality of the product and my cats love it as well!

I bought the PWF002 Dog Fountain because my dog is ridiculously picky about his water, and I was tired of refilling regular bowls multiple times a day. This fountain has been a total game-changer.Setup was simple ā I had it rinsed, assembled, and running in under 10 minutes. The pump is really quiet, which I appreciate because Iāve had other pet fountains that sounded like a mini fish tank running in the corner. The gentle water flow actually seems to encourage my dog to drink more, which makes me feel better about him staying hydrated, especially in the summer.I like that it comes with three extra sets of filters, so I donāt have to rush to order replacements right away. The filters do a good job of keeping the water looking and tasting fresh ā I can definitely tell when itās time to swap them out because my dog starts acting a little less enthusiastic about drinking.Cleaning is pretty straightforward, although I recommend doing it weekly to keep it in top shape. The plastic feels sturdy and hasnāt picked up any weird smells, which was a big problem with our last fountain.The only small thing Iād change is making the reservoir just a bit bigger so I could go longer between refills, but for a single dog itās plenty. Overall, Iām really happy with it and so is my pup ā which is all that really matters.

Dogs love this fountain/bowl and are truly drinking more water than they did before. Easy to clean & maintain. Quality seems really good. Love that it’s stainless steel and has a light so you can monitor the water lever.

Worth the money
Good product. Easy to clean, good quality. My only complaint is that the light to indicate water level faces the back of the bowl, not the window so you can only see the blue/red light at night and not during the day.Edit a few months after purchasing: the red light stopped working so it no longer indicates low water levels. The blue light still works fine though

Big fan of the product and customer service
I bought this bowl for my two dogs, and we love it! Recently I was cleaning it and did have an issue with the plastic housing that holds the filter. The clips broke and therefore rendered that portion of the bowl unusable. When I reached out via email to the company regarding the warranty and a replacement part, Sue responded back and was extremely helpful. In a couple days she had an entire replacement bowl sent out to us. I really appreciate her help with the customer service process and would definitely recommend this product. It is a nice large capacity, quiet, and easy to clean!

What a great addition.
I have an XL breed dog and a medium sized cat. They refuse to drink from separate water bowls so I found an alternative just right for them. The water flow is super quiet and steady. It was so easy to set up, came with 2 additional filters. The design is sleek and quite nice for the cost and good quality. Since itās new I canāt speak to the lifespan yet but my fingers are crossed!

This fountain works great and is easy to clean. However, the filters are visible through the lid of the bowl. One of my cats had the sponge filter out and shredded in under a minute. Then he came back to play in the filter hole, splashing water everywhere. The way itās designed, the water return resembles the swirling action of a tub or sink drain which is an invitation for a cat to play. Unfortunately, I had to return this fountain.*UPDATE* I am changing my review to 5 stars. First, I ended up keeping the fountain instead of doing a return (I just donāt use the round sponge filter and the little troublemaker that prompted my previous review finally chilled out about playing in the water by the end of the day.) because it overall is a great, easy to clean and use fountain. I have three cats who use it and itās been good for three weeks between cleanings with a refill about halfway through. At cleaning time, all of the components just need an easy wash as there is very, very little to no grime build up on the internal parts. I change the filters at every cleaning which is a very reasonable timeframe.The second reason I am changing to 5 stars is that the piece that holds the plug-in cord broke off and I could not adequately repair it myself. I contacted customer support, explained the problem, sent a couple pics they requested and since they didnāt have replacements for just that part, they sent a whole new fountain as a replacement. All of this transpired within a weekās time. I appreciate the excellent customer support and how quickly the issue was resolved.I definitely recommend Oneisall for your pet needs as they do have quality products that they stand behind.

I recently upgraded to this bigger pet fountain for my pets. I own two cats and a dog. It was working great until it was time for a cleaning and filter change. Unfortunately the clips holding the filter box to the dish broke. I spoke with Sue from the Oneisall support team via email and as the product was still under warranty they sent me a full replacement. Not only did I receive a full replacement but I received it just as fast, if not faster than I received the original from Amazon! Sue was phenomenal to deal with and helped me right away! I have had the new one set up for about a week I believe, no issues at all. I inspected the quality, especially the clips to make sure they werenāt brittle or broken and all was in perfect order. My pets are happy and use it constantly. Itās also so much more quiet than previous fountains I have used and because itās bigger I donāt need to refill as often!
