I haven’t written a review in quite a long time, but I’m SO impressed with this fountain that I knew I had to take the time to do it. Firstly, let me say that I have 2 Eufy fountains and my kitties love them, and so do I. There’s no motor, and it’s super silent. My cats drink water like crazy from them.Here’s the thing. I decided randomly to purchase a wireless fountain to have more flexibility in placement. I picked this one and so far, I’m really glad I did. While it does have a motor, so far it operates perfectly, and after only having it for one week, I took it apart and cleaned the motor assembly just to see how it went. It’s definitely upgraded from the older motorized fountains I used before discovering Eufy. It wasn’t yucky at all. Also, the filter had lots of cat hair, so it’s definitely doing a great job as well. I’m not saying anything bad about the Eufy fountains’ functionality because they’re fabulous. I DO wish the filters didn’t cost a fortune, and now that I’ve bought this fountain, I really wish they had wireless capabilities. Something else I LOVE about this wireless fountain is that the reservoir is stainless steel (Eufy is plastic) and keeps the water much colder. I have it set on motion sensor and it’s perfect. I believe the flow starts when you or the kitties get within 3 ft of it. I love that it saves the charge instead of running constantly. My cats and I love this fountain. I will need to give it more time to see the longevity of the motor before purchasing more and switching entirely from my Eufy ones, but so far, it’s amazing. It was so easy to set up, it runs silently, and I can place it wherever I want. It’s great not having to worry about an electric outlet.I decided to do a little test today with my Willy boy and brought a Eufy on the table next to this one. My 4-second video shows the result, and Eufy wasn’t the winner. That’s why I needed to post this review!Oh, I had to come back to add. It comes with a nice, long, high-quality charging cord, AND a charger brick! Whoa!Two more things I forgot to add:I love the change filter light that comes on when it’s dirty. Very helpful.I only had to recharge it after 3 WEEKS of using it in motion detection mode. Very impressed!

Wonderful item!
After a couple of weeks, we had a problem (water not running), and we tried to resolve the issue without success then my son contacted the customer service and Sue took special care and sent us another fountain cat drink, and now after some weeks is working great according to expectations. We can highly recommend this item because it is perfect for keeping the cats hydrated and without worrying about cables and the battery lasts a long time with one charge. This fountain is silent and easy to set up and use.
Today is day 6 and my cat just took her first drink from the fountain. She is always slow to take to new things so I tried the different settings for her to get used to it. She had a different type fountain for several years but I couldnāt use it when I moved to an upstairs apartment. There was no place to plug it in, it would make to much noise for the neighbor downstairs. This one is perfect. No plug, pretty much silent and no vibrations .i like the different settings especially the motion detection to turn on the water. When I caught her drinking the fountain wasnāt running. Thatās ok, the water stays clean and cool, that is important to me. I am sure she will eventually drink when the fountain is running.Update: after cleaning the fountain and changing the filter, the motion control wasnāt working properly. I called Oneisall and told them what was going on. Cassie told me they would be sending out a new Master Control Module which sits on the top of the fountain. I just switched out the new part with the old and presto everything is working properly again. I would like to add how easy the pump is to take apart and clean. My previous fountain was a pain to clean the pump. This is a snap and just takes a few minutes to clean the entire fountain and change the filter.

High quality, perfect size for my two cats. Easy to assemble and maintain, replacement parts are readily available. No leakage. Good operating functions. Built-in battery for wire-free option. Indicative light very clear. I would recommend it for sure.

Cute little fountain!
This fountain is pretty cute! I love the fact itās wireless and not just black or plain silver, as I tend to have more white in my room. Of course itās also somewhat square and compact, which makes it look like it fits better in my room just tucked to the side. Itās pretty quiet and my cats love the running water. Theyāre a bit spoiled so my youngest two act like they donāt know how to drink of a regular bowl lol!Cleaning it is pretty straightforward, the only thing I donāt like is the edges of the metal top when trying to wash it by hand, it feels a little like it could cut me though I try to be careful cleaning that specific part. I also like the little window to see the water level, itās a convenient way to be able to see how much water is inside. The battery charge seems to also last a while, although the charge time is a bit long the first time you get it.Overall, I think itās a good purchase if you have lots of cats like me!

Love this!
Have the same brand in an automatic feeder and it worked so well I went with the same for the waterer. Love that it has the option to come on when my cat comes near it. Easy to set up and clean. Works well. My cat has not turned it over. Holds enough water so I am not constantly refilling. Looks nice sitting under my counter. Just wish I could have matched the style and color of my automatic feeder in the same brand.

Excellent Customer service
Excellent customer service. I bought two units and one had a pump that stop working. Contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly. New pump arrived within a few days and has been working well since being replaced. The other unit hasn’t had any issues either. The products themselves work quite well and my cats seem to enjoy them. The moving water has encouraged them to drink much more than they used too. Im actually quite surprised how often I’m refilling the fountains. Both have large tanks, and my cats will empty one in a day or two.

lovely fountain. itās so quiet and i love that you can have it on through 3 modes: 1) sensor, 2) 30second activation every 30-minutes, and 3) always on (if plugged in). i got this fountain to replace the AONBOY because it was plastic and i noticed my kitten always drank water from the basin not the stream. this one had a wide basin and was perfect for her! i was really sold on the fact that water always remains in the basin even if the stream isnāt on, which is important in case the battery dies or your power goes out – your cat should still have a place to drink! i also like how compact this fountain is. it doesnāt take up so much space, yet has a capacity of 3.5L. i initially thought my kitten would get scared if the stream came on through motion sensor, so i kept the fountain plugged in for the first 3 days to get her used to the new fountain. i still kept her old fountain nearby, but off, as well as a regular bowl if she was to nervous to drink from the new fountain. it took her about 3 days to finally drink from it confidently and she wasnāt spooked by the stream coming on as she approached! i love that the fountain is stainless steel! it means it wonāt hold on to odour and that itās more difficult for bacteria to proliferate! the water also stays colder longer :). it was great to see that the fountain also cane with two extra filters! the wireless aspect was not one of the original motivators for my purchasing of this fountain, but itās actually come to be one of my favourite features. i love that the battery lasts 60 days. thatās phenomenal. my kitten drinks water much more frequently now!

Got 3 cats and a Maltepom, such a device is a savor. It is made of steel, rechargeable and has a sensor. My pets used it instantly and I can tell they loved using it. I already placed another order because I have a big house and definitely want my pets to be hydrated wherever they are. Highly recommended.
