CAPTIVATING FOR MY CAT! DURABLE! MY CAT NO LONGER CRIES OUT OF BOREDOM!!
This cat “toy” is a perfect cat entertainment machine! My cat is a rescue who had been roaming around the house not just crying but cowling out of boredom and loneliness when I’m sleeping. I felt soo bad for him!! :'(I do need to get another pet for him, but in the meantime I thought I’d try this.Sometimes things that have good reviews don’t impress me when I get them (it varies). But this actually really shocked me at how good it is!!My cat has been having an absolute FIELD day with this thing!And it’s not just a one time use and then the cat is bored with it type thing. He KEEPS GOING BACK for more!Very durable. The included replacement accessories mean it’s going to last for a long time.My cat after a long time using it managed to get one of the feather attachments detached, but it was really easy to just screw it back in, by activating the replacement mode.The instructions for the modes on the bottom of the unit are helpful, although I think it could be just a bit more descriptive. The manual is simple but gets the job done, though.Glad it takes AA batteries because I have a bunch of those as rechargeables. So far been using it for a while and haven’t had to replace the batteries.I’m just sooo happy to see Juju (my cat) so thrilled and not crying anymore.He seems to be more cuddly and lovey now that he’s MUCH more happy and entertained. There is no price for that. This toy was worth EVERY PENNY, in my book!!!I just need to get him another kitty to play with now, too! In the meantime, this thing was a game changer for my baby kitty! <3I'm THRILLED and I'm about to go see if this company has any other toys or cat stuff I can check out after I submit this review! Captivating for Cats, and humans watching cats..
I have bought a few of these in different colors. They are incredibly captivating and my cats have really enjoyed them. I changed the fluff piece for the first time the other day and while not intuitive, once I read the instructions it was rather easy and my cat loved the replacement fluff. The auto timing is a bit long with regards the interims but the good thing is it works, I just wish I could control this. Battery life is fair but it is worth the price of the batteries as this is the only electronic toy which has continued to work after a year with my cat still interested in it. Sometimes she just watches it so the activity level varies but she us always engaged with this one way or another. Best electronic toy I’ve owned/purchased. Very easy and light to move to diffetent locations.

Awesome Cat Toy – Just Use Rechargeable Batteries Instead
I was genuinely surprised by how much my cat loved this toy! She immediately got excited, especially about the ball – she’s absolutely obsessed with it. It keeps her engaged and happy, which is honestly more than I expected.The only downside is the charging cable. Since my cat grabs the toy with both paws and sometimes flips it over while playing, the cable can get pulled out easily.I ended up using rechargeable batteries, and that solved the problem for me. Everything works great this way, and I don’t see much point in keeping it plugged in during playtime. If it could charge and then run on battery for a while, that would be perfect.

When I say that my cat likes this toy, that is a true understatement. She is obsessed! And in turn, I am as well— she is super playful again and it even made her extra affectionate, somehow. This is the best $30 that I’ve spent in a long time. Plus, the seller is sending more feather attachments! 10/10!

Well made…but…
We have been using this toy for about a month. It uses four AA batteries which lasted about 3 weeks of daily use. There is an option to use a USB cable. The included ~3ft cable is most likely too short for a lot of people. The seller offered to send a free cable, not sure whether that is an extension or just a longer cable or the same length. I have a six foot cable i use for my phone that is running the toy now that the batteries wore out. It seems to be a really well made toy. The only down side for us is our cat never took an interest in it. He is an indoor only cat with some vision / mobility issues due to Cerebellar Hypoplasia, so it may be the motion made by this particular toy is not a good fit for him. We have the Potaroma Hide and Seek Cat Toy which has a toy on an arm that goes in a circle under some fabric. He absolutely loves that and it has been a hit from day one. I think this particular toy would be great for most cats, just not ours. As I said, it seems really well made, includes an option for batteries or plug in, and comes with extra parts to replace the ones cats would tear up.

This cat toy, would be better labeled as a “Kitten” toy
I have two young adult cats just shy of 3 yrs. They were intrigued by this toy. However, when they finally got the idea of what to do with it, they could easily grab the feather and then tried to pull it from one of the holes with their claws or mouth. The unit whole unit would go flying across the room, initially scaring them a bit, then losing interest for awhile, then coming back later to repeat above process until they just don’t bother with it. If you somehow secured this to the floor it might work. Otherwise, at least young adult cats won’t be happy unless they can get that darn feather out of the holes. This would be be a kitten toy, say from a couple of months old to maybe one year old or until what happens with my two cats starts to happen. Toy, is well made as it’s stood up to several flights across the room with a USB cable and charger in tow. also, cute how it works for 15 minutes then shuts down for a few hours and comes back on automatically. That feature spooked my wife with wondering where the noise was coming from in the living room which had been quiet for several hours after it had shut off. It even caught me by surprise the first time ire-animated itself. I don’t plan to return this even if I still could. I plan to donate this to a worthy cat shelter with kittens. Built in ball toy a nice touch too along with the strobing color lights depending on what mode it is in.
