Every puppy in my litter loves these! Safe! Effective!
These have the right amount of hardness/softness the little nubbies really give them the sensation of chewing the puppies in the pictures and videos are 3 weeks old weight is 2.5 lb and they can chew on the nose and nubbies just fine! No noise to deal with no squeakers that come lose no chocking hazards. These are safe enough to put in the pen with them 100% satisfied with these! The quality is very well i ran my fingers and nails over the nubbies pretty hard none of them came loose or fractured really impressed the weight is just enough for them to be able to move it when they want but heavy enough at their age and weight that they can chew on it with out it scooting around. The size is perfect and they will even be able to use it as they grow due to the amazing shape there are big and small parts so they can find the perfect chomp spot! Perfect teething dog doy I am so glad I bought a bunch of these! I can bend them slightly in my hand if i squeeze them but when I did there was no cracking splitting or lines they just flexed as they should. 100% recommend!

Best puppy toy ever!
This was my pups first toy. I bought it two years ago. And just replaced it . She loves this thing so much! It lasted through her hard chewing stages, it took her two years to chew through it. It’s her favorite night time thing in the whole world. So it was an easy choice to get her a fresh one . Thrilled with this product.

My puppies approve.I got it because it was a lot cuter than the standard plastic rings. The design (hedgehog) is really for people but you know what, I have to like picking up this toy that is constantly underfoot in the middle of the night. I could scream at a plastic ring. Can I scream at the hedgehog… no, no I cannot.Great value. Wonderful size for smaller teething puppies. It is just a super fun product that is well worth the cost invested.

Choking anad general health hazard
My 7mo old corgi puppy was throwing up this morning but nothing was really coming “up” (if you know, you know).He’s a chewer through and through, but I hadn’t once considered this toy was the culprit until he upchucked a SOLID CUBE of plastic just now.That sent me digging through his toy basket for a possible match…..bingo! The hedgehog’s missing rear legs are now accounted for. Woe betides whatever became of it’s nose……I would wholeheartedly NOT recommend this toy to anyone with a chewer, especially a puppy!

Perfect for teething puppies. Not for aggressive chewers
I bought this at PetSmart in the past and it was great. I have a pretty aggressive chewer and the toy lasted about a month and a half (longer than anything else we’ve gotten her), so when she finally broke it I ordered this one.This time it only lasted about 5 min. She found a weak point between 2 sections and chewed straight through it. She’s also getting further into her adolescent phase so that might be part of it.It’s great for teething puppies though, my other dog loved the old one when she was teething and it was the only thing she liked teething on as much as my hand.

Lasted 6 months, best chew toy yet!
My 10 lb Havanese Bow Tie is a very aggressive chewer, he has eaten and broken many chew toys and I always have to stay on top of him because it can be dangerous. This little hedgehog actually lasted 6 months! I finally am buying another has its getting pretty worn now…so happy they still make it and he loves it!

Not Durable for Adult Dogs or Heavy Chewers
This chewy was wonderful for my Whippet as she was teething. Whippets aren’t aggressive chewers by nature, and this toy held up well. But, by the time she was 6 months old, I could see white toothmarks on it where she had bitten into the plastic. Again, she’s not a heavy chewer, so I let it go for another two or three months. Then I saw tiny bits of it around her bed. As expected, some spines fell off, but not enough for worry. However, she gnawed off the nose, right at the base, and left a large piece – big enough, IMO, to choke on. She also gnawed off the legs with similar, albeit slightly smaller, pieces. I immediately took the toy away.This toy is well-suited for light-chewing breeds or medium-chewers as they go through teething. But be sure to take the toy away at the first sign of damage. Please do NOT use this toy for heavy chewers or dogs with large mouths. It’s a profound choking hazard.

Durable but the dog loved them
My Yorkiechon loved these. I ordered about 6 in all. I made sure he had one upstairs and one downstairs. He chewed them hard as he was a heavy chewer.

Hund liebt es, auch sehr schön. Allerdings nach kürzester Zeit bereits die Nase abgekaut, die aus Plastik ist. Zum Glück haben wir es gesehen, ansonsten wäre es wahrscheinlich geschluckt worden.
