Great item
My dachshund dog (elderly) hurt his front shoulders so i bought one of these step ramp. After teaching him how to go down the steps on the ramp, he uses it and his shoulder has healed. Still uses it. I bought a shorter one since my back porch steps has a landing in between, but he wont use the smaller one. Great item for long bodied short dogs.

It’s a good ramp but it’s huge! And it’s easy to use and easy to store and the sturdiness is great the weight is sufficient to get the job done but it was just to big for me

Slippery
Surface is smooth & slippery. Nothing for paws to grip for traction. The raised strips do nothing to help with that. My dog had trouble walking up it and when he tried walking down it, he slid and fell off it. Unsafe.

Gifted our other ramp (same brand/make) to friend for his dog. Bought another (4-5 years of no problem, excellent ramp for the $)

You get what you pay for
Got it for our 70lb dog that had TTA surgery last summer and is getting another this month. This ramp is cheap and is not stable enough for him without human support. It doesn’t anchor, the folding seam doesn’t lock, and it’s so slippery we had to add tread from Home Depot. It’s cheap and it will work if he has a harness on so we can help support him for getting in and out of the truck, but won’t leave him alone with it.

Was too steep for back of a Tacoma. Probably suitable for a small suv. Would definitely n Ed to add some kind of traction…carpet tiles or similar. Surface is slippery. Returned

There is no grip on the bottom to keep it from sliding on hardwood or tile floors and there is no grip for my dog feet when walking up the ramp, it’s hard plastic with ridges but still very slippery. It grips on carpet ok but I wouldn’t recommend this ramp…very disappointed.

Quality seems alright. It’s light but sturdy. I sent it back because it was too slippery for my dog. Going to try a ramp with a different surface. I saw one review that suggested adding carpet. That seems like it might be a good fix.
