The texture is soft and easy to mix with kibble if you want to stretch it or give added crunch.A few practical pluses: the pouches are lightweight, store neatly in the pantry, and are easy to tear open without scissors. Cleanup is minimal—just squeeze it out and toss the empty pouch. I also appreciate that it provides complete and balanced nutrition for adult dogs, so I don’t feel like I’m just giving a “treat meal.”Things to keep in mind: if you have a larger dog, you’ll likely need more than one pouch per meal since each one is only 3.5 oz. Have a small dog?Pedigree’s wet food packets are fabulous.ZuZu loves her wet food for dinner!Pedigree’s packaging is designed to hold the food packets for easy access on the shelf, no refrigeration required & is not messy to serve! Best part, the food packets are light not bulky & so easy to bring with you. Day trips, just drop one in your bag or add multiple packets for longer term travel.One issue…ZuZu is sensitive to or has allergies of chicken. It’s a bit of a challenge finding boxes of just beef packets. Mostly find variety boxes mixed with chicken & beef packets or boxes of just packets of chicken. Hint…turns out Amazon is the only sure way I’ve been able to find boxes of just beef packets!I’m happy with Pedigree’s quality wet food & how well the packets fit in my bag while carrying multiples.Lucky for ZuZu!

My Toy Poodle devours it
My 10 year old “spoiled” 4 pound Toy Poodle begs for this! She’s fed twice daily and one packet feeds her morning and evening.She’s had no digestive issues whatsoever and her breed is pretty much known for it. Nutritionally sound and no off putting smell noticeable.She dances when she sees me grab her bowl.Great choice of flavors so she doesn’t get tired of eating it daily. Also a nice choice of cuts. She prefers the Pate’ but eats a good variety.I like the idea of having this available for reorder monthly and it will save you money once you discover your pets favorites.

Pedigree Chopped Ground Dinner pouches, really?
I’ve tried Science Diet, Farmer Dog, Boiled Chicken…I could not get my 7.50 pound ShihPoo to eat any of it. She took an immediate liking of Pedigree Chopped Ground Dinner pouches. I was shocked and surprised. Most of all she is no longer eating table food. Her treats are fresh green beans or watermelon or pumpkin puree.
