Best Collar I’ve gotten for my dogs and amazing seller💞 make sure you measure!!!
My mother got one of these types of customizeable collars for her chihauha Teddy and it was so cute and I was so jelous I had to get my 2 dogs something similar! so upon looking through all the customizable options and tons of sellers here on Amazon, I came across and picked this one because of how comfortable it looked and ordered them quickly and excitedly, I stupidly assumed both my dogs would be a size large WITHOUT measuring (my fault entirely, I was so excited and I assumed based on past in-store purchases), so eventually after a few weeks the package arrived and I very excitedly opened them to unfortunately find out due to my own mistake one of the collars I made did not fit! It was too large on one dog, while the other collar fit beautifully on the other one, I checked the return options only to see you couldn’t return it, settled on the fact that the collar would just have to run a little big on my one dog, and sent the seller a brief message about it, asking if I could possibly exchange for a medium, I got no response (that I saw at least) and didn’t expect much, this was my own mistake after all, and moved on as I stated and decided I would just deal with it since it wasn’t entirely horribly loose on her and still somewhat fit, and I absolutely LOVED everything about this collar for my dogsWell fast forward about a month or two later I get a package in the mail I’m not expecting! I opened it and saw the familiar bag with the letters “love is a four legged word” confusingly, and wondered if maybe I’d accidentally received one of my mother’s packages, since I never sent back the old collar and didn’t expect any message back from the seller so this was a complete surprise for me! I opened the bag to find a size medium collar with the same color and customizations I chose! (Black dog in the pink collar!) I couldn’t believe they sent me a replacement for my baby I felt so blessed and surprised, they didnt need to fix my mistake but they absolutely came through and helped my baby by giving her a well-fitting collar, now I don’t have to worry about it slipping off her neck and no one being able to identify her! i will absolutely be reccomending this collar to anyone that needs one for their dog and buying my dogs new ones in the future, theyve also held up so nicely for the weeks we’ve had them and are nice and reflective 💕 DONT BE LIKE ME AND MEASURE YOUR DOGS NECK!! Smooth inside! Love these collars!
I have three dogs of three different sizes and we got one of these collars for each of them. These are the BEST collars because the inside part which sits on the dog is smooth and doesn’t irritate their skin. The name part is placed so when the link gravitates to the bottom the name is clearly visible on top. This is an incredible price for a personalized item and the comfortability and durable quality materials are even better! Highly recommend!

Decent collar for the price
This is a nice collar. Bright color and very padded, which helps when a rabbit comes bounding out of the bushes! My main reason for purchasing this collar was the built in id tag, we have lost a few on the rabbit chases. I don’t know how long the name and phone number will be visible as its like a decal.This collar runs really big! I almost ordered the xl, glad I didn’t! Don’t order if you are in a hurry, took a while.

These collars are great. They fit both of my dogs. I got the small and medium ones. I love the font of the collars. The pink one stands out. I got the black one for my small dog. That is his color. Pink is my big dogs color. i would buy again if I had another dog. The brightness of the pink can stand out from her tan color. The adjustability is easy.

I had initially ordered this collar in a large based on my dogs neck size but it was too large. I tried to get a replacement but the system said it wasn’t refundable. I called Amazon customer service and they had to contact the seller. I had left a 1 star review because it stated it was a refundable item but it wouldn’t allow it. The seller reached out and not only replaced the product, free of charge, but refunded my money for my trouble. I wasn’t expecting that but it was a nice gesture.The item is nicely made. I’m pleased with it since the new one fits my dog. I have a Malinois who is about 50 pounds. She needed a medium.
