stiff fabric
The collar was well done. However, the fabric was too thick and stiff for my little dogs to wear. They were so uncomfortable, I took the collars off.

Defective dog collar
Came with a defective clasp. I know it can’t be returned, just wanted another one. We requested one, but have not received one. We are not satisfied customers!

Low quality embroidery
The quality of the collar is great but the embroidery is disappointing.You can barely understand the name “Lili” .For large collars you could have used more tread & different fonts, also space out the letters were it’s clearly visible.

I have always bought a small collar for my dog. This one was huge. I gave it to stars simply because it was a cute collar, but I’m just unable to use it.

Not worth the cost
The quality of the embroidery is poor, and the size chart is not accurate. I selected the size that the chart said would fit my dog’s measurements, but the collar is much bigger than described. To get it small enough to nearly fit her means that the slider adjusting piece completely covers up the embroidered name and phone number, completely defeating the purpose of getting the personalized collar.

Wrong telehone number and very heavy
Did not put the correct telephone number. Wrong number in area code. Very heavy with 3 layers. To much for a small dog. Do not waste your money.

Very just wanted in this product. It advertised small medium large dogs. I have a small dog, not the smallest and when I put it on to fit her you can’t see the name and the phone number. Only partial
