Is pet monitoring compatible with WiFi networks?
Pet camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi (this frequency band provides longer coverage but may have slight latency).
Is it possible to cancel ads on the app?
Generally, ads do not interfere with the use of the app. If you need to turn off the ads on your app, please provide us with the ID number of your app and we will turn it off for you!
Regarding the issue of not being able to connect to the mobile app.
Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz WIFI, not 5GHz WIFI. Connecting to 5GHz WiFi may cause connection failure.
Does this pet cam support local storage?
Our indoor camera supports both local storage and cloud storage modes. Local storage supports up to 128G memory card (one 32G SD card is included with the product) and can be used without subscription!
Can the device volume be adjusted?
It can be adjusted via the mobile app. Specific steps: Open the app, find the corresponding device, tap “Settings” at its top-right corner to enter the settings page, then locate the volume adjustment option to adjust it.

My cats absolutely love this. It has an option to track an animal. It will then move all over until it finds a pet and then follow said pet. It has a laser as well to play with the pets. The camera is pretty good quality as well. I have 4 cats and they will all be laying down somewhere and I open the app on my phone and there are no cats on the cameras (there are front and back cameras on it at the same time) and as soon as I move the robot and they hear it moving they all go running and within seconds you can see them all on the cameras waiting for the laser or for it to follow them. My teen doesnt like it as I use it to follow her around as well 🙂 I would absolutely purchase this again and again and give as gifts to everyone with pets.

Excessive advertisements and hidden upsells
This has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SELLER, THE SELLER IS FINE. ITS THE PRODUCT. Once you buy this, you download an app called v360 pro (look it up) this app will constantly force you to watch adds and severely limits the robots capabilities unless you pay money to the app… basic things like video playback. The robot is fairly entertaining, just know the app is full of constant interruptions and I suggest you read the app reviews before buying

It gets the job done! For the price it allows my husband who travels more than he’s home to interact with the dogs. Our big dog paws and barks at it and the little dogs run away from it. It’s worth the value.

Wasn’t expecting much
It’s smaller than I expected, the cameras are fine I guess, it’s laggy, the speaker volume is too low, the app to move around has ads that you can’t remove, it moves very slowly and it gets stuck very easily. Very disappointed, even for the price, not going to lie.
