Made well pets love it.Only issues; no assembly instructions, there were a few Velcro connectors inside the carrier that we discovered accidentally where they attached.No instructions on how to connect to carseat belt. Web site did not help either.

Easy to maneuver, easy to use on the plane
Very easy to maneuver and comfortable for the pet. My cat traveled on a coast to coast flight in it, and seemed pretty happy.

Lots of room when expanded
If you need some extra space for kitty during long journeys this is a great option. The sides make this nearly three times as large when expanded. The straps are strong and can support quite a bit of weight. My cat found the internal liner comfortable. It is also easy to clean, as I learned on the way to the vet and my cat decided it needed the puke test. Cleaned up just by wiping, but I gave a more thorough cleaning when we got home. No staining. The sides are a bit hard to fold back up without the fabric impeding on kitty’s space. You have to fiddle with it a bit to find the right way to fold it.High quality zippers give easy access both from the front and the top of the carrier but keep kitty safely secured. The included wheel base is easy to detach for putting in the overhead bin, or simply for allowing you to hold the carrier on your lap in the car if you need to keep an eye on kitty. I found the shoulder strap comfortable and likely won’t bother with the wheeled part, but it is a good option to have. This gives a lot of options for how you’d like to travel and improves functionality.Overall construction quality is good, with breathable but easy to wipe down fabric. It is a good size, certainly large enough for my medium domestic short hair but any larger and you’ll want to size up.

Priceless flying across country with connections and to vet
Airline approved (remove lower base that has wheels attached to it by 4 Velcro straps and slide the carrier under the seat in front of you)!!! I flew southwest from the west coast to the Midwest to the east coast with 2 kittens (4mo the old) and they fit perfectly in it. I sit in the aisle way seats which have a much smaller under seat section and the carrier still fit. Priceless when rolling across airports and parking lots with ease. It does tend to lean to the left when rolling but I don’t care, I didn’t have to carry it and ruin my shoulder. Also used it for the vet visit and it’s priceless to us because of the wheels and build quality. The kitties sat comfortably in the padded interior that you can take out of your want. It also explands but we didn’t use it that way. No issues with zippers, wheels, base, or anything. Best Buy for your money compared to other carriers that roll. Handle is telescopic and expands and shortens with the push of the button just like luggage handles.

It looked great out of the box and my wife suggested an immediate “test by fire.” I wrangledour largest male, Liam, and gently placed him inside. He’s never been a fan of carriers, but to our surprise, he settled in comfortably—with room to spare and zero signs of distress.Yeah, I should’ve read the specs more carefully.
