Great for traveling

This is a great buy im so happy i purchased this to bring my 15 year old morkie to california with me. He absolutely enjoyed it . I love that the sides come down giving more space while under the seat limiting my leg room but i dont mind for my dog. I used the carrier like a stroller while cruising around San Francisco and got a lot of complements i was even able to take my dog with to resturants . I recommended this its a great product a must have for animal lovers that dont want to travel without there furry friends . My Dog weighs 17lbs and fit comfortably. The photo i’m including isn’t very good but you can see he is sleeping comfortably while we were dining .

Perfect!
Risked a bit in ordering this item from this vender – There was a lack of previous customer reviews. But at the time it’s the only one that could arrive before the flight date, so here it is. Tested through two long trips to different continents. Holding up very well. Roomy for a medium size cat, lots of mesh window area to satisfy situation awareness needs of a nervous cat, and plenty of storage for accessories on the road!

Sides were difficult to open and close. Wires were misshapen trying to pull it open and then closed.

Do not expect any kind of customer service from Picea or Amazon
This seems like a great product—-till you try to remove the carrier from the wheel base. The velcro is so strong I had to turn the carrier over and hold it down with my feet to pull the velcro with both hands and even then it was very difficult—and I have very strong hands. I wanted this style to make it easier to remove the wheel base when I fly and there is no way I could do this with my cat in the carrier. I have sent two emails to the company to see if this is standard or I just got a freakishly strong industrial strength velcro strip. No answer. No way to contact them otherwise. Amazon is a nightmare—-the AI offers me EMPATHY. There seems to be no human involved. What a nightmare. I’ll just keep using my old Katziela and give up on the Picea.

Convenient and easy to store
This pet carrier made traveling with my small dog so much easier! The wheels roll smoothly, and the telescoping handle is sturdy, perfect for navigating airports without straining my shoulder. American Airlines and Bichon Approved!!!
I fly from LA to Hawaii with my Bichon fairly regularly and my old carrier was getting old and I figured it was time for an upgrade. The one I had used before was about the same sides but it lacked many of the features this one has and I am so happy I upgraded. This thing is very well thought out and it’s not cheap but it has literally everything you could need. The storage pockets are great now I don’t need to stuff my bag full of dog supplies along with my stuff. The expandable sides are prefect and really make the flight so much more of a painless experience for me and my dog. I just open the expandable side and leave the top open and he has so much room to stretch out while we’re in the air.The only concern I have is that it is a tight fit but that’s how these carriers are. My Bichon is 13 lbs and he fits fine but I would not recommend flying with a dog much bigger unless they are happy with being squeezed into the bag for an extended period of time. The size thing doesn’t make a difference but I have seen some people trying to fly with much bigger dogs and I can’t imagine it’s enjoyable for anyone involved.This thing is definitely on the more expensive side but after owning a few and talking to friends that fly with their dogs a lot this is the definite best option on the market. You can definitely find one for much cheaper but for me it’s worth whatever its costs to make sure my dog is happy and comfortable.
