Perfect knot remover and preventer
I have a cat with a double coat of hair. The ultra fine inner coat forms knots and tangles that are all but impossible to remove. I’ve tried every type of de-knotter on the market; only this one did the trick. The teeth aren’t sharp enough to cut through a big knot, but using the coarse side of the comb in a couple of short strokes loosens the knot enough that subsequent combings takes it out. Be patient! Now, knot free, my fluffy cat loves to be combed gently every day with this marvelous tool.

This is a really good tool to get the undercoat that simple brushing just won’t do.Just be gentle first couple times,my Moose that’s how I had to do him to get used to it

Really helps with knots!
My female black cat definitely has angora in her from somewhere along the line. Her fur is probably considered medium, and it mats easily. She’s obese, so she has lots of trouble grooming herself overall. With this brush, she seems to enjoy being brushed EXCEPT near her tail or bottom. Other than that, it REALLY works to get the excess fur off her in an almost painless manner. She usually hates being brushed, and will even hiss at me and bite the brush or me! This has made it a much more pleasant experience. She’s almost 10. I highly recommend.

Great for heavier cats!
Great for getting hard to reach spots for my 20 pound kitty. She hates it but feels much better once I get all the fur groomed. It’s great at pulling out the rough fur under her coat. I also use it on my 2 year old tuxedo who is 8 pounds. She doesn’t need extra grooming but gets jealous so I use it for her and it does help with reducing shedding. The teeth of the comb are right rigid, so be extra careful combing your fur baby but it gets the job done.

Hopefully the video uploads! I will say this brush by far is the most efficient and comfortable for my dogs! It was able to pull that deep undercoat up and out! It would only let me upload one video but the other video of my dog relaxed and enjoying her grooming! Buy it you won’t regret it!!
