Excellent preservers
These little diametious earth sticks and paws do an excellent job of keeping food fresh. They’re very easy to use requiring only to rinse them off really quick before dropping them into whatever food item you’re looking to keep fresh. I use them both in my large bags of dog food, my dog’s automatic feeder bowl, and even my large bag of rice. The best part is they can easily be reused by giving them a quick rinse and then leaving them for on a window sill so they can dry off in the sun for a few days or so before putting them back into another food item that needs to be kept fresh. The packages come with a good amount of the preserving sticks and paws making it an excellent deal. I definitely recommend this set of freshness preserving paws and sticks for anyone looking to keep some of their stored food items fresh for longer.

These pet food keepers work really well!
I have recently been concerned about the freshness of my cat’s dry kibble and put their food in an airtight container instead of storing it in the large bag it comes in. Still, air reaches it every time I open the container. I found these pet food drying blocks and immediately ordered them. They seem to be working great! I love that there are no toxic chemicals, and these can be rinsed off and reused. The paw prints are a cute design, too! I love that there are multiples of these in the set so they can be spread throughout the container.

Pretty cool idea, but the instructions are conflicting and confusing
I thought this would be a great idea to keep my cats dry food fresher for longer, so that it wouldn’t degrade as quickly as it normally would. This product is supposed to absorb moisture that could otherwise cause the dry food to become stale. I’ve already added one of the paw-shaped ones to the bag of my cats dry food – only time will tell how effective it is.I’m not at all happy about the instructions though. They make conflicting statements that cause confusion. On the back of the paw-shaped package (in one of my pictures), near the top of the picture it says, “if it gets dirty, please soak it in water mixed with a neutral detergent and then wash it”. On the same package, just a little bit lower, it says, “The product may deteriorate, so do not immerse it in water”. In addition to that, on the back of the stick-shaped package, it says, “The product may crack, so do not soak it in water”, and then above that, it says “Wash it once with water before use to remove the small amount of powder, and then dry it before reuse”.So which is it?! Do we “soak it in water with a neutral detergent”, or do we “not soak it in water because the product may crack”? Do we “wash it once with water before use”, or do we “not immerse it in water because the product may deteriorate”?Clearly, this seller has no idea how these things actually work when it comes to the product coming into contact with water. What kind of crazy instructions are these?I’m just in utter disbelief at how confused the sellers are about their own product. The whole point of this product is to absorb ‘water’ – yet, they apparently have no clue as to what will happen if this product comes into contact with water.
