Watch for sizing
Generally well-made, but despite supposedly being the right size, it was too small for my Jack Russell mix (whose part chihuahua and on the small side for JRs). It also really doesn’t roll especially well. Good for brief distances like from house out to the car, or into a store perhaps. I don’t think it would roll comfortably through an airport. Decided to return. Might have been a decent option if I was mainly just looking for a travel crate in the car or if my dog was smaller.

This one is a hard pass
I don’t know where the measurements came from but they aren’t accurate at all. This was more of a torture device and my dogs are both Maltese 8 lbs and 10 lbs. There is no dog I believe that would be comfortable in this, or any animal. There is no cushion it’s so uncomfortable inside for the dog.

Not that sturdy
I bought this because the dimensions will fit under an airline seat. I have a dachshund and he was cramped width wise, but with the carrier laid down, he would have been fine. He just needed a little more room. The mesh zipper part in the front is pretty cheap. I don’t think that part would last very long. If you have a pretty strong pet, they could tear through that easily. I returned it because I need something more durable, and with a little more room.

Great for smallish cats.
I’m not sure if my previous cat about 10lbs would’ve been comfortable in this carrier, but for a cat under 10lbs it worked great.

I think this was a returned item. The packaging was off.
This is my third pet gear carrier. This one has a dent on the top left. The directions are stapled together poorly. The dirty are hard to follow because the black and white is hard to discern what goes where.
