Love it! Go with a larger size for a fat cat
This carrier is great! I love it and my cat does too… she just hangs out in it. It is for smaller cats. My cat is 14 lbs and it was too small. I went with the larger size and it’s perfect!

Better visibility, less stress
My cats travel better in this soft carrier than the larger hard carrier to the vet. I can see them better as we drive the short distance, which means less stress for them.

Great soft carrier for smaller sized cat
Easy to assemble and clean. Feels sturdy, fits kitten-small cat. May feel too small for larger cats. For now, it’s easy to put the cat inside with top and front options, and he loves playing in it. Price was good.
Straight up reviews –
Measurements are misleading, not as much room as expected. Stability so-so
3.5 stars. This carrier is fashioned more like a purse-carrier combo which is nice in that aspect. The construction is sturdy but the stability is not. When one end flap is open the top tends to ‘cave’ down onto the pet a bit. If you have both ends open it doesn’t stay up. Also the measurements are misleading which was very disappointing. The length is actually 17 inches, the 17.5 is only because the end pocket sticks out a bit but it’s not extra inside room for the pet. Also the design itself is more ‘concave’ so the top is also shorter than the 17 inches since it’s not square. Overall, not as much room for the pet as you might be expecting. For pets under 5 lbs, it might be enough and could double like a purse. It has soft pleather handles which is a nice feature–all pet carriers should have this. It also has good air flow with only one end not having the mesh panel. Definitely NOT for pets up to 15lbs, maybe 8 lbs max (ours is 5 lbs and it was a bit tight), or a cat that curls up but think of their comfort if they need to stretch out before choosing this one, especially if for a plane ride. Kudos for the company shipping in an actual box instead of flimsy plastic like their competitors.
