Works but pricey
I don’t know how but it does work. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats drinking out of the same fountain but with this I’m cleaning/replacing the filters less often. That said, $20 is ridiculous. 16 drops per gallon and I have an almost 3 gallon fountain that I fill every 1-2 days.

I was the biggest skeptic…..
I was the biggest skeptic, but thought I would give it a try. My cats love it! I think they drink more water now than they did before. It keeps it from getting slimy for 2 full weeks! I’ve never been able to go that long in between cleanings. It’s been hectic with holiday things, and I forgot about the fountain. I went to get it to clean it after about 2 week or 3, even, and my cat happened to be drinking, right when I went to get it, so I know the water was still fine and clean. When I scrubbed the inside of the fountain, it barely had a tiny bit of a slimy feeling. Not like before! I will will buy this stuff forever! 🙂

This stuff really works
This stuff works great. I have 5 dogs and two big water bowls that recirculate and they would get very slimy. With this product I can go a month without cleaning them.

Taste and smell
These drops are excellent to keep the water fountain dish free from slime and very clean however beware that your pet may not like the taste in the water. It does not have a smell however my cat refused to drink any water since I have been putting in these drops. I decided to experiment and I took a taste of water from a glass after putting a very small small drop in. It tasted very salty and the water was very soft. Now I understand why my cat refused to drink. I had to get her a different water fountain as she correlated the awful taste with that fountain.

I have 2 yorkiepoos and 1,15 year old cat. I purchased these water drops September 2022. I have a 96 oz pet fountain and everyone drinks from it. Deep clean once a week, filter change once every 2-3 weeks. When deep clean I add 12-13 drops. If I add 8 oz of water daily to replenish water level I add one drop. If I replenish with 16 oz of water than I add 2 drops etc. I am just about ready to order my second bottle. My dogs and cats breath smell a billion times better than before, it did take 3 months of consistency for results to happen. I noticed a lot of reviews on this product being expensive but for me I pay $20.00 and this will be my second order that will be placed end of July 2023, so I find it very inexpensive. I’ve noticed results so I know my usage is correct. I have included a pic.of bottle to show how much has been used since my first purchase in Sept 2022. Hope this helps! 🙂

I was surprised to find this really does stop the slime from forming in the cats water fountains making them a bit quicker to clean. A bit on the pricey side.

multi cat home with 2 fountains.tried one with drops, other without.both just as dirty and slimy after 1 week.what DOES work is a plate of copper i used for birdbath.

This product didn’t help to keep my dishes from getting slimy, my dogs drool is a texture of its own and this couldn’t keep up with it at all.
