    Great GPS
This GPS tracker performs fairly well. It comes in a cute box and is very easy to set up using the app. There is a small subscription fee. You’ll have to pay upfront. The good thing is as they bundle it over years instead of per month. For the most part, it generates the GPS tracking there is some lagging occasionally and some glitching but most of the time it is very correct in the location of your pet. The other great thing is the notification you get for the virtual fences that you set up sometimes the notifications do glitch as well but for the most part, you can turn on your app and find your pet. The only other thing that’s helped is sharing it with my husband. I was able to have him set up his own account and be able to share Noodles location. Noodles likes to go around noodling around and it was a great idea for us to get for him because it does cause me anxiety, not knowing where he is on our property and making sure that he staying safe. The silicone cover stays very well on the collar, however it does not fit anything bigger than a normal collar, but it holds the collar well and hold onto the tracker very well. The light and the sound on the GPS also works really well and the silicone is also glow in the dark. Overall, I think for the price you pay, it is a good tracker. I think there’s some things that’ll be ironed out in the future, but for the most part it eases my anxiety and I’m glad we got it!

Good tracker but some improvements are needed
So I’ve had the tracker about a week so this is my take on it so far… I have gotten multiple different trackers (petcube and tractive are the ones I’ve received) to compare since I need multiple due to having 4 dogs. Sorry it’s a little lengthy but wanted to give full details since I know I can’t be the only one having this dilemma…maybe for 4 dogs though.I charged it to 100% the first day I got it and it is only down to 95%. The battery life is great but I will say it’s on power saver mode due to being home.I can’t speak to being waterproof since it hasn’t rained and the puppy it’s on doesn’t like swimming. It seems like it would be fine and has been durable with 2 puppies playing and tugging on collars. The accuracy when you’re at home is solid but it has jumped around within a couple hundred feet when he hasn’t left the yard. Also I have had an issue of it jumping to other streets when the puppy hasn’t left the house besides going to the yard so I’m not sure what the issue is there. It has been accurate when I have taken the dogs into town and all the places we went to were accurate on the map which is a huge plus!! I haven’t had a chance to test it out hiking yet but will update it once I do.The light and sound have been superior to the other trackers I’ve purchased! My puppy hasn’t shown any discomfort while wearing it and it fits very snuggly on his collar while still looking good. Now I will say I don’t know if I’d get it for my springer spaniel that barrels through the woods but for my younger puppy that just runs, plays and hikes it’s perfect! Also for comparison he’s a 35lb 5 month old goldendoodle and the size of the tracker is comparable to a training (beep vibrate) collar.I can’t speak to taking it out of service at this time but once I take him on a hike I’ll update it. During those hikes, we’re constantly out of service so I’d like to see how accurate the GPS is.I do like the fitness tracking but I believe it may track just anytime he’s awake or showing any energetic movement. I’m getting a fit bark to compare mileage and activity since I’m really trying to watch things for my 5yr old springer. I attached photos of one of the days that I definitely don’t believe is accurate especially knowing what we did.A subscription is necessary and for the time being I just wanted to test things so I got the basic. Things shouldn’t change too much going to premium but I’ll update that at a later time.Overall I think it’s definitely worth it for the money vs some of the others that are very pricey. If you don’t need exact accuracy for GPS and you’re not strictly trying to track your dogs wellness/activity then this is perfect. I know this puppy won’t run away and I’m training him very well but in the off chance he gets distracted or runs a little ways off then I’m confident this tracker will provide those details with some degree of accuracy if I have service. Without service, I’m uncertain at this point in time. I’ll update later once I know more.

Hands down one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased.
Long review inbound.First, the design is incredibly limiting. It does not fit all collar sizes, despite the company saying, the silicone is flexible. I had to practically break my fingers to get the stiff silicone loop around a 1.5 or 2 inch collar. The lack of flexibility and inclusivity is baffling. Not all dogs wear small collars. When I contacted petcube about this, their solution was to have my dog wear two collars. Seriously?I even used hardware tools to stretch the silicone, which the silicone then ended up squishing and damaging the collar. But since both my dogs are flight risks, I gave it a shot anyway. That’s when more issues started. Both of the original trackers I purchased from Amazon failed to connect, despite following the directions to a T. After two hours of chat support, both were deemed defective and stuck in setup mode. Petcube sent replacements, which finally connected, but the problems didn’t stop there. One tracker now randomly beeps for no reason, even when not prompted in the app. It’s less than a week old, hasn’t gotten wet, and hasn’t been banged around. The dogs are sedentary. When I reached out to support again, I was told “that’s weird” and asked to provide exact times and my time zone. Not helpful. So now we’re on tracker number three and it’s already showing signs of being defective too.Lastly, while maybe minor compared to everything else, the app itself is filled with grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, making some instructions unclear and the interface feel sloppy.Do yourself a favor and SKIP this product.
