Very satisfied fur babies and grateful owner
I love this product … they love drinking from the fountain like spout! A huge bonus is I live in Florida and because it’s sealed shut it stays full for longer. For some reason when I set out a bowl of water the water evaporated within a day so this was a huge bonus. Very satisfied !!!

Thirsting for Better: 15 Seconds Isn’t Enough
Good design with simplified pump design, ceramic bowl, UV light for bacteria control, and battery power option.However, the current implementation is deeply flawed because of the radar sensor. It only activates when cats sit directly in front and shuts off after just fifteen seconds. One of my cats drinks from the side so it never turns on, and the other doesn’t even get settled enough to start drinking before it stops. Great features but completely impractical in real use.

Easy to use
The device was easy to put together. Super convenient to navigate the setup via the app. Our cat was curious and went to check out the water fountain immediately. It was spooked in the beginning. But figured out pretty fast how it works.There is no noise coming from it and it fits really well into the interior of our home.Love it.

Don’t waste your money!
I bought this on a preorder and haven’t been so disappointed in a product. The idea is great, but it feels very much like a Beta that should never have been generally released.- Main problem is water flow. It trickles in comparison to their fountains once water depletes. The flow ceases to function once the water hits below 50% and barely bubbles enough to do anything. It never gets truly “empty” because I have to fill it.- If our dog goes to use it, he dislodges the spout with his tongue.- It lights up blue the entire time it’s being charged – WHY?! You’re right there is no water!😂- What is the point of the app? Only function is alerts, of which alerts are only for maintenance and filter changes. I had hoped it would alert when the water was low.That being said, we are going to buy a second Petlibro fountain. Cat likes the flow better, it had more water capacity, and seems to hold a charge longer.

Cute minimalist translucent fountain
Looks minimalistic and cool. Works without power which is pretty unique. Integrates in the petcube app nicely, which makes me clean the fountain more consistently.I wish min and max indicators were in front even though it’s translucent.

Both of my cats went straight to it, checked it out, and started drinking right away. Now they pretty much ignore their old bowl. I’m really glad I got it – the water stays clean, and it looks nice too.

Doesn’t live up to expectations!
Bought directly from Pet Cube. Concept is nice, but does not function properly. The lights for the fountain don’t match the lights the company has listed. I don’t think the UV light actually works. The inside of the fountain is always slimy when I go to clean it. Not to mention, they don’t even have the filters for sale yet!

Got this for my little dog after the vet said she probably doesn’t drink enough. At first she was kinda scared of it (I think the sensor was confusing her), but after like two days she got used to it and now drinks on her own without me needing to remind her.Honestly didn’t expect her to like it this much, but I’m glad I got it. I feel better knowing she’s drinking more now. Also was really happy it came with a filter already – I didn’t even realize that so it saved me a trip)One thing though – how often do I need to change the filter? I didn’t see clear info about that.Anyway, super happy with it so far. Hope it keeps her interested long-term.
