Customers say
Customers find the pet feeder engaging, keeping dogs busy for 15-20 minutes and easy to train, with puppies figuring it out quickly. However, the functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it’s amazing, others report it stops working sometimes and the button stops communicating with the treat distributor. Moreover, the battery life and button functionality are problematic, with batteries falling out and the button not working consistently. Additionally, opinions on value for money are divided between those who find it worth the price and those who don’t.

Great product
My dog is at 80 pounds for the first time in a couple years ! My golden has been 85-95 pounds because he loves food but during the summer hates to walk ! I know exclusively feee him with this ! I fill up the ball with heās 1 1/2 cups (can hold 2 and some )! I set it at the smallest setting allowing for only 1 or 3 pieces of kibble come out at a time and set the button out of eyes view because he will drag it closer if he can lol. It can take him an hour or more to eat a meal ! HE LOVES IT! He self regulates he will take brakes get water, sit down , then get back up and play some more. Iāve supplemented this with lock mats and freeze bones to add all the other nutrients I used to when feeding out of a regular bowl ! Iāll freeze or spread homemade chicken broth with liver treats, blueberries, egg, his glucosamine, yogurt, salmon oil, veggies etc. Leoās used to eat his food in 2-3 minutes even with slow feeders maybe 5 min. Problem would be he would beg for food after eating or just look bored after meal time and now heās never bored ! After eating heās out for a good 2-3 hours I can feed him while I study, shower, leave the house, or am eating myself and no more begging. Not to mention he has lost weight despite eating more than before ! I have 2 of these one for downstairs and one upstairs !

Great for treats or kibble!
I really like this product and so does our pup. Weāve used it for treats and for kibble.. He definitely prefers kibble.Pros – It keeps your pup busy. Itās pretty easy to figure out how to assemble and use. It can easily be adjusted to dispense different sizes and amounts. It isn’t too loud and makes just enough noise for your pup to catch onto the sounds and know when it is dispensing. Works from a good distance if you want your pup to go a ways to get the treats.Cons- It doesn’t come with a plug for a regular outlet so you will need your own. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get it lined up right before it starts dispensing. It has stopped dispensing while it still contained treats. The button comes with a suction cup that didn’t work great.. At least not on our hardwood floors. And if your dog is rough with it they can easily flip the button over and/or knock the top off of the machine.

Great training tool
I currently have the dispenser set up in my bedroom with the remote in the living room. I have been pressing the button every time I leave my bedroom, and having other people press it when thereās loud sounds in the living room to work on my unfriendly pupās separation anxiety. Before starting this, my dog barked like crazy and peed on my floor because he was so upset about strangers in the house. Now he doesnāt make a peep when heās left alone and waits patiently in his bed under the dispenser. There is no such thing as an instant change in dog training, but I would say this was an instant improvement.Tips:*the drawer pulls out very easily and you can put the dispenser on a table out of reach of your dog so it can be left unsupervised. It becomes more of a treat search activity. Make sure that if you put it on a dresser or surface with a narrow gap underneath that the gap is blocked. My dog spent 10 minutes scratching at my dresser trying to get some kibble that bounced under it and out of reach.*when feeding meals from it, you can actually hang it on a nail on your wall at nose level. This is necessary for my smarty pants who picks up the button and brings it closer to the dispenser so he doesnāt have to walk as far.*you donāt need to have your dog press the button at all. You can just use it as a remote treat dispenser. This opens up a world of possibilities for training separation anxiety or even just as a clicker and dispenser. If your dog is too mouthy or excitable when taking treats from your hand, use the button as a clicker to mark good behavior and your dog can walk to the dispenser for the reward. This is extra beneficial because it gives you and your dog extra time to think before the next repetition*I want to reiterate how wonderful it is to use this for treat search. Sniffing is a great mental stimulation activity by itself and doesnāt get old or repetitive for them like puzzle games or just hitting a button over and over.*some dogs will be afraid of the button sound or sound of motor dispensing treats. The following are steps I used to make my nervous pup more comfortable with it.-having nervous dog do a different activities nearby while my confident dog used the button-peanut butter on the button to encourage interaction. The first few reps were while the button was off.-using a different stuffed treat toy in small area with the button to encourage accidentally pressing it

Donāt waste your money
Donāt waste your money. I was really excited for this product but it never kept a charge from the time I took it out of the package. We tried batteries and those didnāt work either (several different brands incase bc you know some batteries arenāt as good as others), we even left it plugged in and tried to use it that way and it would work twice and then power off it just never had enough power (and these were anker blocks and I even changed the chords to several different ones plus mind you we just had all the outlets/receptacles updated recently as well so there is no excuse for something $50+ to not work ever). I missed my return window of course by 2 days bc I kept trying different things to see if I could get it to work but I gave up. No offense to the seller but the product itself is definitely not worth the price.

Works well, very happy puppy and owners. Batteries do t last long, but USB power works well.
Amazon Customer –
Bought this thinking youād get the button and dispenser as a whole. NO you only get the button. Really misleading advert. Not happy at all. Not even described as āONLY BUTTON INCLUDEDā or a link to the dispenser. Waste of money.
Rob laluk –
It’s just the freaking button. How do you get to do anything that is described with just the button? Where do you put the treats? How is this a pet dispenser? How are any of the pictures/videos on the advertisement relevant?Total rip off.
Kbernardini –
Bought this product for stimulation for our Lab. He worked out how to use pretty quickly but get disappointed as after a few turns the dispenser starts making a loud clicking sound and doesnāt drop any food. Being food obsessed he then starts barking at the machine. Not sure what the issue is. Frustrating when they do the right thing for no reward. We end up having to give it a shake to get food to dispense. For cost you would think it would work longer than a few times before having an issue

This has been life altering! We put Maeveās food into this and hide the remote in the house and she goes and looks for it, then has to find the kibble, then has to repeat. It keeps her Aussie brain busy and she eats and digests her food slowly. Breakfast used to be a 45 second event, now itās about 20 mins, tires her out, and entertains us endlessly š
