This had fast shipping, this product is definitely worth itās value, the quality is accurate, this has a nice modern look & appeal, the size is great for more than one pet, and this is very quiet , the best part about it is that itās very easy to use and clean which just a click of a button.

Included litter tray is not the urine ph crystal.
Litter box works flawlessly. Cuddles had not problem adjusting to it. I purchased this as a second box & this is the box he is using all the time. The litter does not track & there sides are high enough to hold the litter in without being too high. There is no odor when using the supplied N60 deodorizer. Camera works great & everything was an easy setup. My only complaint is that the supplied litter tray is not the urine Ph formula. I was not aware of this when purchasing the box & ordered a supply of trays along with this box. The shipping cost to return the litter trays are more than the purchase price. Buyer beware if you plan on purchasing extra replacement trays with the initial box purchase. When the manufacturer advertises as urine ph then that should be the kind of litter that is included or noted the supplied litter is not urine ph & there are two different formulas.Other than the issue with the supplied litter tray I am happy with the purchase & would buy again.

Your cat may require training
This is a safe litter box. I have a ragdoll and am transitioning her slowly from clumping litter to crystals. You may have to start with clumping litter in the beginning to get them use to the box and then slowly start mixing crystals. This can be a little messy. Just be patient and go slow and it will work out. Four stars because of my cat. You do have to get them used to the box. Itās not magic, just training.

Very nice litter box . It keeps everything so much easy , and the cleaning cycle is nice and quiet, My cats are not scared at all. The camera is my favorite feature. I can check anytime on my fur baby when I’m not home. Highly recommended to any cat parent looking for a smarter, cleaner solution!

do not buy
DO NOT BUYRequires monthly replacement of WHOLE litter tray assembly because it uses regular CARDBOARD as components. That on top of requiring expensive CRYSTAL litter only for it. Charges return fee when customer sees how bad and COSTLY the design is. So many other better options.

Worth every penny
This item appears to have shipped directly from the manufacturer and was packed so well. Not the typical crappy cardboard. Very easy to assembl . The hardest part for me was getting the app setup. The app senses the cat on the floor and shows it coming to the literbox and using it. Waits a few minutes till it cleans to be safe. So far so good with it. The cat seems to like it as well :}

Be Careful!
Ouch! My catās paws pick up the plastic crystals and they have cut my foot, I am returning it. Good idea but not practical for real everyday life.
