Highly recommend this fantastic auto feeder
I couldn’t be more happy with a feeder than I am with this one. I found it on Amazon a few weeks ago and I knew Prime week was coming up, so I put it in my cart. It came up for a fantastic price during Prime week, so I went ahead and bought it.First of all, the setup was really simple. Put 3 D sized batteries in the bottom in case of a power outage. Anyway, pairing the feeder to the PETLIBRO app was also easy to do. I can monitor feeding times or even use the “Feed Now” function and tell the app how much food I want to drop into the dish.It’s very well constructed and quite sturdy. It can hold an entire bag of cat food, though I only used half a bag. The functionality of this product is impressive.I recommend ordering some desiccant bags from this products manufacturer as they should probably be replaced every few weeks to keep moisture out of the cat food. The unit came with 1 for initial setup.Within the app, you can even have voice communication with your cat when you’re not home at feeding time. A two way microphone, if you will.Overall, an excellent product and a fantastic price during Prime Week. I highly recommend this product especially if you’re going away for a weekend, or work long hours.***Side note, you will be probably want to have an SD card laying around or just buy one on Amazon. If you put an SD card in it, you can record video, depending on how you’ve done your settings. Mine will automatically record 30 seconds when a scheduled feeding happens, or a manual feeding, or when the cat triggers the motion activation on the camera. **addition to this review. I recently had an issue with an error saying the feeder was blocked but it wasnt. After taling it apart and seeing there was nothing blocking it i reached out to their customer support through their website. About 12 hours later i recieved an email with detailed instructions on an update they added to my app and instructions to update app, remove batteries, unplug the unit, then add batteries back and plug it in again. It worked!! After a little over a week of trying to figure it out myself and being convinced it had crapped out after almost a year it’s back on track. They were quick to respond and they so far have the issue fixed and I have every confidence they will help out quickly again should the need arise. Full confidence in their customer support and their product. This thing has worked well for almost a year until this hiccup and now we’re back on track.So far I have only had it set up for about 30 minutes. Yesterday when it arrived I pulled it from the box and started set up when I realized I needed C batteries and a micro SD card, something I overlooked when I ordered it. No big deal, I went back on Amazon and ordered both those things and got them this morning.Meanwhile, I taught myself how it worked, got it hooked up to wifi, & washed the top portion where food is stored and the bowl. Let it dry overnight. Then when I got up this morning set it up without issue.Not sure why people say it’s so hard to set up. But I’m also used to hooking up security cameras, fire sticks, and water leak detection units to my wifi, so maybe I just understand the steps better since I’ve done it quite a lot.Either way, it’s pretty easy, just have some patience with the steps. My only issue really came with the fact that it locks itself like after one minute so when I was trying to get my password in it locked itself, but it’s super easy to unlock anyways. I’m not sure if it would have made any difference if it was locked during this process, but the instructions said to unlock it so I made sure it was unlocked during this whole process.I tested it this morning and because I had the other version of this feeder that doesn’t have the camera or use the wifi, my kitty Butters, came in to eat a snack as soon as he heard it hit the metal bowl. Added bonus is that it uses a metal bowl instead of plastic. Metal is much better for our fur babies to eat and drink out of.This one will be nice because it holds more than my old one, I can feed him snacks from work, and I can make sure and keep up with his eating habits. I also have it scheduled for his regular feedings twice daily, automatically, which was also easy to set up on the app.The app downloaded without issue. Set up was a piece if cake. All in all, so far, so good. If anything changes I’ll update the review.

Solid product – does what it’s supposed to.
I purchased this item along side the Pet Libro chilled wet food feeder. This item is reliable and a good investment. The custom settings for feedings and portion size and voice record feature are very nice!One word of caution though, and this likely won’t surprise many people, but this items was used when I received it. It isn’t supposed to be used, it is supposed to be new. I know it was used because when I unpackaged it, it still had some kibble in the hopper from the last owner. I cleaned it out real good and decided to not return it since it still functioned perfectly and wasn’t damaged or scuffed up at all. I do wish it had an app control feature like its partner, the chilled automatic wet food feeder from Pet Libro, but it’s still very useful and nice. It meets all my expectations.Items to note:-Only small kibble sizes fit through. Most cat kibble, some small dog kibble. I would only recommend this for cat owners… MAYBE small dog breeds. Its relatively lightweight so an excited dog will likely knock the thing over and/or destroy it. Best for cats.-Read the user manual. It is not initially intuitive with the button functions but once you read the manual, it’s pretty easy.

Feeding on a schedule just got easier
I hesitated when purchasing an automatic cat feeder because the reviews have been so mixed. Either it works or it doesn’t, and the price isn’t cheap if the product doesn’t work. I’m thrilled to say this feeder has worked really well!Pros: It works perfectly. Assembly was fairly simple. There are several slots available to program multiple feeding times.Cons: Whenever you have to program it or unlock it or change any settings it beeps LOUDLY. My housemates thought an alarm was going off, so it’s pretty loud. There doesn’t appear to be any way of muting or lowering that volume.However, the machine itself is fairly quiet when it runs. There’s a light click, some whirring, and the tinkle of sound as food is moved into the dish.I’m really happy with this feeder. Especially since my cat has been unable to break into it and eat out for the reservoir!

Funcional, buenos materiales, buen diseño, confiable.El producto cumple perfectamente con las especificaciones, es fácil de programar (solo hay que tener en cuenta que las porciones son de 20gr c/u), extra silencioso y ocupa muy poco espacio.Puede manejar croquetas de hasta 15mm, tiene pantalla touch que puedes bloquear y entonces no batallas con que tus mascotas presionen algo por error, de fácil limpieza. Definitivamente la mejor de su gama, bueno, bonito y barato.

Nice and easy to use feeder, with camera that you can see through an app. Really nice to have feeder which has allowed us to easily portion control our cat which needed to eat slightly less. Camera feature is great for when you out of the house and need some reassurance your cat is still getting and eating it’s food! Being able to easily change the portions and schedule is great from the app, rather than having to fiddle around with any buttons on the device. Does seem to occasionally go offline for a while, not sure if this is from software updates, but happens every few weeks

It is a great pet feeder. You can either plug it in or use batteries. The light disturbed me at night but if you use the batteries and unplug the pet feeder there is no more light!The design is really pretty and discrete. I have not tried to put it in the dishwasher yet but it’s fairly easy to clean.Love it!
