Great
Cheaper than buying them from the Pet Libro website and they get here faster, too. Lasts roughly 3 months but depends on what kind of water you have.

pull tab design changed
they flipped the position of the nub facing out so now the cover wont close over it because of clearance issues… like wtf. and it’s also basically a subscription for a filter for like $100/yr. would recommend other fountains. also the spout on the machine can get grody and it doesn’t seem to flow water into the top very well. it just kinda dribbles over the lip and just… not work great. with the pump was a bit stronger too, i dont feel like it creates enough circulation in the pool to drain and cycle the water too well.

Exactly as described
It’s a little tough to get out the old one in the fountain, but not too bad. A butter knife can help to pry it up and break the seal.

Makes life so much easier
I had a previous model that lasted quite awhile but needed replaced. I saw this new one with an enclosed filter and I love it. I was changing filters constantly in the previous one.

not worth replacing filter
after reading, how many people have the same issue, I recommend not replacing a filter, but finding a new fountain. After I replace my filter, the device started leaking everywhere. I pulled everything apart, covered it, put it back together…. no luck. A good purchase if you want a fountain that will only last 3 to 4 months.

O ring failure broke the water dispenser
The current o rings leaked and managed to form a puddle under the the dispenser that managed to fry it. Now it won’t turn on and i need to replace it.

Die Filter sind top, allerdings ist der dazugehörige Katzenbrunnen Petlibro Glaciere der schlechteste den ich jemals hatte. Er ist sehr geräuschintensiv und nach dem dritten Filtertausch hat der Wasserstand nicht mehr funktioniert, sodass er sich nicht mehr eingeschaltet hat, wenn meine Katze hinhmgegangen ist. Also ein Fehlkauf.
