Good for air travel
This carrier worked well for air travel (flew on American Airlines). I just wish there was one more pocket for additional functionality, but I appreciate that it has a trolley sleeve to place it on top of my carryon. It made it that much easier to navigate throughout the airport. The carrier felt sturdy enough and it fit under the seat, although for my seat I had to place it straight in instead of sideways so it limited your leg room even more. For that reason I didn’t use the expandable sides, and in retrospect I probably should’ve gotten an expandable top instead. My dog is 6lbs and he couldn’t comfortably sit up in it, which he prefers to laying down. Overall this is a well constructed bag.

Durable…Multi-use…Pet Carrier
It packs well for travel. It was a life saver traveling from Mississippi to California with our new puppy. Our pup was safe, comfortable and had lots of room to stretch. The various options of access, so the functionality of it made it incredibly easy to access. Very durable and worth the value.

I have a 12lb shihpoo, I ordered the small and it was way too tiny. I ordered the next size up and it seems to be a better match. We are flying to Hawaii soon so hopefully we have no issues with the plane and size! It’s smaller than a duffel bag I would normally bring on the plane so I think we are good! 10/10Update: We flew Hawaiian Airlines with no issues! They weighed the dog with the kennel and he’s 12lbs and came out to a total of 16lbs total, they have a cut off of 25lbs for dogs riding in the main cabin, so it didn’t add much weight. I was worried it was an inch over the side restrictions but there was no issues or questions. I slid him under the seat and mid flight unzipped the sides so he could lay out! With a lot of research this was hands down the best choice! Lovveee the sides that open! Easy to carry, and durable support, not cheaply made! We now use it for car rides. A+

Good Sturdy Bag for Airline Travel
I really love this bag as it is super solid and sturdy. The edge of this carrier is supported by wiring within the seams. Hence it is always in a good form and have never collapsed. My dog always feel comfortable and secure inside the bag, she easily falls asleep when the bag is zipped up. The bag can also be unzipped on both sides for more room.I bought this bag initially for traveling in the airline as it fits the requirements to bring it into the cabin. However just because the bag is just so well made, I bring my dog to a lot of places in this bag.. even for a grocery run :)The m bag carrier would fit small breed dogs such as Chihuahua, Yorkshire or Silky Terrier. Anything beyond Silky terrier would be pushing the limit.I would highly recommend this bag for any small breed dog owner.

Great overall
Our cat Jerry loves his carrier and so do we. We used it when we moved from Istanbul to New York City a few months ago. We traveled first class to have more space for him and his carrier to be extended once we took off. Everything went very smoothly and we used the side strap to place him on top of the luggage. We were nervous to buy it from some negative reviews we read but took the risk and were happy with the product delivered to us. It was very easy and simple to set up and seems of very good quality. When we got on the plane we were nervous it wouldn’t fit but you can push in the front and back of the top to make it shorter. Our cat jerry uses it as a bed now and even plays in it sometimes. We bought the light grey with the two side extensions so he has plenty of room inside. The one frustration is that the sides of the carrier with the extensions have two zippers, one to open it and drop down the extension and one to lower down into the extension and become the soft flooring. Since this is difficult to describe the video included shows more or less how it works. It also can be uncomfortable to carry after along time. We keep it in my daughter’s bedroom and he sleeps next to her almost every night and naps in it during the day too. Definitely enjoyed the carrier and is worth the buy.

Perfect for United airlines
I bought a few carriers before this one and this was perfect for what we needed. We have a 12lb shih tzu and it’s perfect – sturdy, collapsible, expandable, plenty of ventilation, and fits the requirements for United Airlines. For US domestic flights, specifically into California, a health certificate was not needed, but “highly suggested” but they made sure the carrier was within guidelines as check-in, and it was perfect without question. For those of you trying to select which seat works best, window seat towards the middle of the plane is best as it has the widest underwear space so you can expand one side of the carrier for the for more space and comfort for your pet. I hardly write reviews, so this one was a winner for me. Good luck on your travels with your pets!

Excellent functional product. Highly recommend
Highly impressed, quality sturdy material and a beautiful design with lots of access options and doors and collapsible sides, and entirely foldable for easy storage. The reason I ordered this product (in small) is that it’s the only one I found that complies with the measure requirements for in-cabin travel on international flights. It fits my cats and my small dog perfectly. They range from 3 to 4.5 kg (6.6 to 10 lbs). It’s not very big – which is why I chose it – but it’s big enough for them to lie comfortably, and when I open the side « wings » they have a lot of space. I like it so much I just ordered 3 more for the entire family.

Modèle médium. Très beau sac de transport, bien fait, solide. Les ailes ne s’écrasent pas. Le coussin est très confortable mais cela aurait été bien qu’il fasse toute l’intérieur lorsque les ailes sont déployées. Mais cela aurait ajouté de la largeur à la cage. Il mesure 11po de haut tel qu’indiqué. West jet a des normes sévères avec ses 737-800. La hauteur des cages doit être de 10po. Est-ce que je vais avoir des problèmes à cause d’un pouce supplémentaire? Le dessus ne s’écrase pas vraiment. Donc, ça risque d’être un problème pour mon prochain vol avec WJ. ma petite chienne ne fait que 4.5 livres mais mesure 10 pouces de haut. Au comptoir on veut que le,chien puisse se lever et se retourner. Cela aurait été impossible avec la cage Small.De très bonne qualité. Un plus : une bande latérale pour accrocher la cage à la valise. À suivre… je ferai savoir à mon prochain voyage si WJ me refuse la cage.

I have flown with my dog for 11 years now and I have never found a carrier that made her feel cool enough and calm – until this one.Initially we were going to buy the one side fold down insert, but as I planned to use this for day to day use, I sprung for the two compartment model. Please note that model is about an inch taller, it fits however in an Air Canada and West Jet cabin under the seat.The first time we flew with this our flight was delayed and I zipped open the compartments and she slept comfortably. Two other dogs on our flight were cooped up while we waited to board. When I fly with our dog in this we always get comments and people ask where we got it.Pros:- The bag itself is sturdy and has a frame that will keep it upright even when you’re carrying it. There is nothing worse than carrying your dog and feeling like you are making them roll around!- The front, back, and top panel ventilation kept my dog cool during the flight.- The zip out compartments are perfect for layovers as the dog can stretch out and lay comfortably.- Great for day to day use, you can allow for as much or as little space for your furry friend!- There is an attachment that allows the bag to slide over the handle of your rolling luggage.- There is a handy pocket to put your tickets, treats, doggie bags, leashes, etc.When I set it up she climbed in immediately and promptly fell asleep!
