The Swiss Army Knife of Water Bowls!
This is hands down the best automatic water bowl you can buy. I have gone through what seems like hundreds of water bowls that claim to be easy to clean. They all sadly disappoint, I rarely make reviews on anything but I recommend this to everyone I know because it is just the best bowl I have ever known for any pets. This device is quiet and the cleaning process is so easy. You literally lift the clear bowl out remove the white portion that holds the carbon filter and you clean the bowl out like anything else. The true genius in this design is the fact that the pump is not tucked in a corner. You can clean the bowl fully. The smart app features are just icing on the cake. Dont wait just buy because this is the last water bowl you will ever need.

Great height for small animals
I have a 2 1/2 pound Yorkshire terrier and almost all water fountains are too tall for him. This one is perfect, he is able to access the water. It’s easy to clean and I love that I can see how much water he’s drinking. Great buy!

Easy to clean. customer service was great. The first one arrived without the filter drawer. but they sent a replacement immediately.Nice design, kind of pricey, I think. quiet, and water level good. it works well.My cats just don’t use it much. My cats are weird anyway.I wish it wasn’t plastic, though. ceramic is better for cats health.

Works like a dream and cats love it
We have two of these in our house now and our 6 cats love them. We love them too. They’re easy to clean compared to many other water fountains, (we’ve had several) is got multi layer filtration with easy to change filters and the app is actually useful.The app let’s you add you pets, tells you when the bowls need to be cleaned, when they need to be filled and when they need new filters and it works for multiple bowls simultaneously. The app also works with a robo litter box( not sure which one).

A great filter for a great water bowl.
I love that these filter are larger than others. I feel like they collect pet hair better and in turn other debris in the water. Although a little pricey, the replacement comes with the small filter for the pump as well as a replacement tube so you don’t have to worry about cleaning that part with a special brush or whatever. Overall a great purchase. Recommend and will buy again.

Expensive hard to clean fountain
Originally gave this a 5 star review. But a year later have lowered it to 3 because of cost and difficulty of maintenance.I love the design. Doesn’t splash too much when cats play in it.BUT: not as easy to clean as it would appear. It’s fast to clean. But you have to clean or replace two filters. But the housing for the filters has excess parts—especially in front of the pump. They are really hard to get apart and then you need a toothpick, small brush, etc to get in all the holes and crevices.Replacing the hose is hard as well.Also—the filters are pricey! You’ll spend over $100 a year for them!

Value for the Money
I am very satisfied with this kit. It comes with easy to ready instructions and three replacement parts. Two filters, one for the water filter replacement, one for the pump and a plastic hose replacement for the pump. I also like this water filter because it lasts 30 days which is twice as long as the other pet water fountain filters I’ve used.

Highly Overrated & Expensive to maintain.
My feeling is that this is another overhyped and highly overrated product. Not to mention expensive! The filters are over $40 for 3, and I’m not convinced leaving a filter in a pet fountain for 30 days is safe with the gunk that accumulates in the media. I changed the one I used weekly. This unit does appear to be well built, but not any easier to clean than other pet fountain. My pet buddy has been using a fountain for several years so he took to this one initially, but seems to have lost interest in using it as much as he did with the less expensive brand. The app was fairly easy to set up but I find it mostly useless as, at least in this version, it only gives me a reminder as to how many days until filter change and that’s about it. It does not track intake of water as hyped. AND it is full of ads on the other products available from this company. Give me a break. Oh yes, can someone explain the price differences? What appears to be the same product is listed at at least 3 different prices! The one I purchased was $69. Is that the cheapo model? LolYes it looks nice but aren’t we buying products for our pet companions benefit and not ours?? Overall, as the title states, I feel this is an expensive overhyped product. I am going back to what my buddy is comfortable with and is much less expensive to maintain. I can buy several replacement fountains for the cost of just the filter maintenance on this one over a year. This must be marketed to the 2% who can afford the cost and needs something to satisfy their decor. Just a thought.Yet again, lesson learned and going back to the less expensive fountain I’ve successfully used for over 5 years…

I tried many but this one it’s the best.I can monitor how much my cat drinks. Easy to clean up.If you download the app you make your life easier to check the amount if water your cat is drinking everyday, it let you know when you need to refill the water tank.

We have a 2 year tabby and this is the only foundation that he can’t destroy! Well it’s been 2 days and both cats are using it and only one likes to spoon water out really happy with this purchase. Well it’s been over a month and our Tabby has not yet destroyed it! Super!

Have been using this for a few months with no issues. I do not use the app, and honestly think it’s a gimmick – I can tell when the waters low, and a simple red light to indicate filter needs to be changed would have worked. You need tags and to register individual pets for the app to identify drinking habits.It is well made, quiet, easy to clean, and does look nicer than a stainless bowl. I like filtered waterers and this one does a good job of keeping the water clean – except the filters are currently not available, making this a plain old recirculating water dish.Overpriced, filters are expensive and not available – would not order again.

I got this smart water fountain to better monitor my bunny’s water intake. Unfortunately, this fountain is specifically made for cats and small dogs, so the app forced me to choose a breed for my “cat” when creating a pet profile. I wish there were more options, or at least a “other” option to choose, because I had to select a random cat breed. The water fountain itself is great! The tank is large enough for me to fill it up only once or twice a week, and the app tells me when the water level is low. It also tells you when to clean the tank and when to change the filter. My bunny seems to like drinking from this fountain as she adapted to it quickly.The filter seems to be very effective, but they only include one in the box, and sadly they are VERY expensive.
