How to deal with the folds when you get your mat?
-Solution 1: Put some weights on the folds ( raised side) for a few days, it will recover into original shape soon.
-Solution 2: Use a hairdryer, heat the folds till it reach a certain temperature. Fold it in the opposite direction.

Works as needed and was a great size for my kitten. We use pine pellets and the double layer picks up most of the dust and leftover pieces.I do say most because she’s crazy and knocks everything around. Zoomies do sometimes cause our kitten to try to claw at it, but that’s a user problem lol.

I’ve been in need of a good litter mat as my 6 month old kitten often tracks litter all around her litter box and all over the house. She also manages to sometimes perfectly kick litter out of her mostly-enclosed box!This litter mat has been pretty good in preventing litter from being tracked everywhere. I did get the smallest size as the size up (30×24) would have been a bit too large for my area. I do wish there was more of an in-between size as the one I got is a pretty slim. However, to remedy this issue of size, I pushed the mat up against a wall and rotated her litter box towards the wall so that she’s more inclined to land directly on the center of the mat. This has worked very well!In addition, cleaning the mat is quite easy. I typically just dump it directly into a large garbage bag, and nothing spills out onto the ground.Overall great value and recommend! Again, just wish there was more variety in sizes!

It’s hard to use to remove the sand
So this seems to be ok, thus the 3 star. It catches the sand and you should be able to ‘pour it out’. I kept it because I think I may not use it for the cats, but for my indoor shoes to catch any dust/dirt.So you may wonder why the minus two stars. The cons are:1. The cats don’t like to step on it.. so they jump over this… not sure if it’s because the plastic on the top is hard or what, but I find more cat sand around it than inside.2. What it does capture inside, is when the cats are covering their little packages and the sand flys outside of the box. However, when I try to ‘dump’ the cat sand, there is a lip that catches the sand. It’s also a bit awkward to pour the sand in the sandbox with a lid. Most of it doesn’t really come out.

Great mats for kitties that kick out litter
So much better than the other mats I had. They’re lightweight, open to pour out the litter and don’t look like they’ll break easily. Haven’t washed them yet but seems easy to due to the material. When they come tho, they are folded but it says in it to flatten out just put something heavy on top for a while and it works!

These work fairly well. It catches most of the litter. My cats still track a fair bit of litter through the house but it works better than other mats/rugs I’ve used. Emptying the mats is problematic. You have to be very care when maneuvering the mat or the contents will spill out. It’s hard to dump a not trash can without making a mess. At least it was for me. But I think it’s helping some

Product is ok…but I didn’t receive the actual size which i am suppose to receive the size I received is 21><28 but the actual size is 24><30. Fake size they don’t deliver as per the description.

Opens on 3 sides with velcro making it easier to clean then the ones sewn closed on 3 sides. Also my two arrived not folded and I could use them right away, unlike the other similar product that I had to put heavy weights on to get the folds and creases out.
