I’ve had this for 6 months now….
I’ve had this for roughly six months now and it’s held up pretty well, especially with the salt air that we have on the coast.I really love the rake, mine works perfectly and it’s heavy duty. I can actually rake parts the large garden bed in the back of my yard, which is also where my medium-large sized dog likes to poop. He has dog friends who come over every week and stay the night or sometimes they stay a week (they are my sister’s dogs and the dogs love to be together) they poop back there as well. The garden bed has multiple huge 4-7inch thick piles of mulchy, leafy, pine needley wet yuckyness that is decomposing and turning in to compost.The rake is PERFECT for scooping dog poop out of the leaves and pine straw.The garden bed is also regularly littered with large sticks (1-6 feet/ North Carolina willow and river birch trees.),that fall from the trees a lot due to high coastal winds. The rake can scoop and move around heavy leaf litter even with hidden sticks mixed all in it (1.5ft long sticks maximum).The bucket is petty awesome as well. It has held up to the rain and the other elements for approximately 6 months. I’ve kept it inside my greenhouse a few times but it mostly stays beside my trash can and my outdoor garden sink. It’s definitely rainproof like they claim.The bucket lid works well for me, I haven’t had any problems with it, opens and closes great.The clip that clips the rake and bucket together also works great. I always clip them together and learn them against the side of my outdoor sink.Oh and they were also super easy to put together. It didn’t take any time at all and I did it without needing and borrowing a mans strength to put them together.I’m sorry for describing everything but sometimes I wish products I was deciding on buying had reviews like the one in trying to write.Now on to the only qualm I and multiple other reviews have…..The bag is not secured well.Some buckets have hooks on the sides for bags to go, this one does not. But…. They give you 20 bags then you’ll have to buy more. I’m not buying anymore bags just for this. I’ll reuse the plastic store bags and 4 gallon trash bags to scoop the poop.TIP:And a tip for securing the bags inside the bucket:Rubberbands, painters tape, scotch tape, bungee cord, bungee ball, rope tied around it tight or just tie the bag itself on super tightI would have given it a 5 star rating but since there’s the bag issue…. I give it a 4.50-4.75 star.If your still reading my super descriptive disorganized, and overly long review then you’re pretty awesome…Thank you.I hope this helps someone!

Easy Clean Up All Around!

Sturdy metal handles
It is very well made metal buttons align perfectly to snap the poles together. The only problem is the bags too big and it makes it hard to open and close the bin.

Great pooper scooper
I went through couple of pooper scooper before finding this one. For me, itās the perfect size, length size and the basket size. The rake is great. Nothing gets stuck to it. Itās made of metal. Both prices are light weight. Easy to hold and use. Comes with free bags. Iām still using them so there are penty. Assembly was a breeze. The basket moves around easily. I like that the lid closes, you have to punch it down and it stay closed. If this broke, I would buy another.

Add side hooks to improve
Rake is 5 stars, bucket is 1 star. Bucket is poorly designed for a poop bucket. This bucket only has clips on one side that pinch the bag and poorly hold it in place. Also, to use these clips you have to run the bag between the lid and bucket. This is a poop bucket!! I want to touch it as little as possible and using these clips adds more risk of touching of potential yuck than I want to take. Soā¦ I added my own clips to the side and am using plastic grocery bags with handles. Problem solvedā¦for now.

I love this product. It makes the most dreaded chore less gross. The bags that come with it are perfect and I really like that they stay in place and make disposing of the poop clean and easy. Yes, I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Really functions on many levels. So happy we took a chance on this set! Have used it for multiple purposes other than just a pooper scooper! Light in weight, gives you alot of trash bags. Strong enough to hold backyard rocks! Easy to clean!Great item n value!

It’s better than I was expecting. Easy to put together, and easy to use. The bag has been a bit of an issue, as I keep ripping it while ‘scooping’, but that’s minor. I just stopped using the bag. Still works perfectly, and you can wash it with the hose when you’re done.

Great for you back. No more back strain. Easy as it says for all surfaces. Stones or pavers. Love it. No issues with tying bag on. Twist bag then rotate the twist around the black plastic part on the bin. Make sure the bag is fully opened and you place your hand in bag to push it to the bottom of the bin before tying it in place. It will stay on place. I had a full bag of poo with a little bit of stones. No issues. Great device. No back pain. Easy maintenance achieved

Vraiment une bonne invention. Cāest trĆØs pratique et nous lāaimons beaucoup. La seule raison pour laquelle jāai mis un 4-āļø au lieu dāun 5-āļø, cāest que les sacs ne sont pas pratiques avec ce produit. Cāest trĆØs difficile, mĆŖme impossible de ramasser quoi que ce soit avec les sacs en place. Par contre, sans les sacs, Ƨa fonctionne trĆØs bien. Le rĆ¢teau est trĆØs fonctionnel dans le gazon, mais moins pour ramasser les š© sur une surface comme le pavĆ©-uni ou lāasphalte. Pour le reste, tout est parfait !šš¼
