Best Playpen Ever!
I just got a kitty and needed something big enough for her to stay safe in, but also durable and not bulky! This was absolutely what I needed! It was super easy to set up and very quick to put together! My cat loves to perch on top of it and when she does, it doesnāt sink or fall down. I definitely recommend this one for a safe boundary for you new cat!

Super Compact and Easy to put together, worth the money
Very easy to put together and compact. Nicely packed! Not pee absorbent but doesnāt have a strong Odor even when the new puppy pees in it.Puppy loves the middle section for going from one end of the pen to the next and itās very safe to use. I also put pillows in and it is spacious so you can make it like a mini home and customize it however you want.Price is also very affordable compared to other pens and itās pretty easy to put back together if you want to use it elsewhere or travel with your dog.

Zipper defect
Zipper defective. Itās a manufacturing error. No hard plastic on one end of the tube zipper making it impossible to attach. I expect this to happen over time which is fine but right out of the box is unacceptable. I asked for a replacement because it is really a cool concept.

Little bit of a hassle. Small one might be defective
Putting together wasnāt too hard until I got to the small one. Iām not sure if the rods are too small or it was just too taut but took effort and doesnāt look every nice.

Safe, Comfy, Great space for Litterbox
I love this product. This is my 1st review EVER and I’m so happy about it. I have a 8 week old kitten (I know so young to be away her mommy) and thank goodness to the Vet confirming since she was so tiny. ANYWAY!! I wanted to get her something she would feel safe and comfy to litter train as well. I got it on time and When I tell you she loves it!! she loves it so much. I’m working on decorating it for her and once I add the tunnel I will come back and update with pics and give a 3 month update as well. Thank you š

Many issues but nice customer service support team
As of this review posting, I have been in communication with the customer service team multiple times to resolve issues which have not been resolved yet. I will update my review accordingly.Did a lot of research before making this purchase and given the dimensions, functions, ease of assembly and disassembly, I decided to make this purchase.Iāve had a host of issues, the tunnel having a hole large enough for my cat to get its paw through, which will inevitably turn into a larger hole. If you wanted this just as a pet play tent without having the option to fully enclose, then itās fine but given I bought this with the intention of being able to close the zippers fully, it doesnāt work for me!I received a replacement product and this time the zippers literally were not the correct size. There are two parts to a zipper, one side with the hard end (pin) you put inside the zipper all the way to secure it and the other side with the zipper. If you look at my photos the plastic part literally does not physically fit. To make sure I wasnāt going crazy I even tried to fit it in without the moving zipper end. The pin is 2x the size of the zipper part it needs to go into so of course it doesnāt fit.What does this mean? I have a bunch of cat tower and tunnel parts, none of which match to create the original product that I wanted – a safe and contained area for my cat. I could easily buy equivalent products that serve non enclosed functions of being a tent or a tunnel without being enclosed for much cheaper than what I paid for this product. Plus Iāve already wasted a week and more of my time trying to make broken products Iāve received work.I thought maybe it was a one time fluke so asked for a replacement but now Iāve received 2 defective products already. I strongly believe in paying for products that work so this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.Customer service has been very nice and responsive during this time so that is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1
