Five out of five my cats love this
I’ve tried several cat food brands, but this one is by far the best! My two cats, Macho and Chica, are pretty picky eaters, but they absolutely devour this food every time. The ingredients are high-quality, with real meat as the first ingredient, and it doesn’t have any artificial fillers or by-products, which gives me peace of mind about their nutrition.Since switching, I’ve noticed their coats are shinier, they seem more energetic, and they have healthy digestion—no more upset tummies! Why I trust Purina One products
My experience owning cats my entire life has taught me to trust Purina One products.At age 22 I was poor going to college and couldn’t afford the expensive food I was feeding my cat.My parents decided to help out and bought me Kirkland Brand cat food. My cat developed severe blockage due to crystals in his urine after just a few months on Kirkland brand. The vet told me I had to use vet prescribed medicated food for my cat the rest of his life. I could not afford the vet food..So on a whim I tried Purina One Urinary Tract Health cat food. It was a miracle! He was strong and healthy and never had another issue the rest of his life!Fast forward 10 years. My boyfriend has a dog who he was feeding Kirkland Brand dog food! Low and behold.. he got crystals in his urine!!! So I told him to try Purina urinary health food but unfortunately it has to be vet prescribed. So instead we switched him food to a Purina Pro Plan lamb and rice formula. And he has never ever had an issue again!Finally, our two female cats had 1 litter of kittens each. 10 kittens total! We started using Purina One Kitten food for the mothers before the kittens were born and also when the kittens could finally eat hard food we gave it to them as well.All of the kittens were super healthy as well as the mothers and we have never had issues with our animals throughout the year disliking the food or having health issues because of the food.Overall Purina makes quality pet food for cheap prices and they are the only brand I trust that is on the cheaper side.My parents spent a fortune on vet food when I was young and still continue to.. but I can’t and won’t.Do not feed your pets Kirkland, that is all I can say. It has something in it that gives mainly boy cats and dogs, crystals in their urine. Purina is the best cheap food you can find! Especially Purina One and Purina Pro Plan.

My cats love Purina One cat food. They are healthy and I feel good about feeding them this high quality food. The shelter that I adopted them from recommended Purina One because that’s what they feed all of the shelter cats.

Only brand and flavor we use!
Literally the only brand we feed our cats. They’ve been eating this since they were kittens and it has never upset their stomach, we like that they are small, and easily digestible. This size is the best for the price and lasts us a good month and a half to two months for two cats. Nutritious and clean ingredients for our healthy kitties!

I rescued Aragorn and Arwen when they were dumped off and found at 2 months old last August. I went to Petco next door to my work to grab the basic Purina kitten chow (the cheap green bag), which they were sold out of…I saw this, kinda gulped at the price and bought it anyway as I wanted the best for them. Best alternative choice and splurge for all of us.Every vet tech and vet they saw were pleased that for “foundlings” that their health was in fantastic shape. I was asked what I was feeding them and told them “Purina One Kitten Food.” I have been told to stay on it, and as they approach their one year birthday, I am researching throughout the line for the best fit for them.Arwen has maintained a healthy weight, even after being spayed, for a short hair tabby. Her coat is shiny and “velvety” as one vet called it and wanted to keep petting her. She is very active and very curious in her environment.Aragorn, her litter mate brother, is a maine coonish mix with long hair and is neutered. He has grown ENORMOUS for his age and is maintaining a healthy weight as well. His coat is soft, fluffy, and is only starting the shed due to the season. He too, is active and always gobbles his plate up.Both are fed 2/3 a cup a day, split into two meals and have access to fresh water daily (they let me know if it needs attention). Litter box has been normal.I store it in an airtight container that can almost hold 16lbs of it. One 16lb bag is about 1 month (as my roommate’s cat enjoys this as well, so that is feeding 3 cats.) I stock up on coupons from Petco to get them the big bag which is the only place other than online to get it.I added recent photos of my two now nine month old kittens that this cat food has helped.

It’s okay
Some cats will simply eat whatever you put in front of them. Pickier cats need a bit of encouragement. I ise this brand because it is affordable, but usually add some broth to encourage my pickier cat to eat it. Some cats have sensitive teeth, and dry food isn’t ideal for them. If you didn’t mind mixing this with wet food or some homemade broth, this does the job for a very reasonable price.

Kitten Loves It & It’s Easy on Her Stomach
My kitten immediately took to this food, and it’s been great for her digestion—no upset stomach or messy litter box issues, which hasn’t always been the case with other brands we tried.She’s growing well, has plenty of energy, and her coat is soft and shiny, which I take as a great sign of the quality. The kibble pieces are also small enough for tiny kitten mouths, which makes it easier for her to eat without struggle. Solid choice for anyone raising a healthy, happy kitten.
