Easy to put together, cat enjoyed
Easy to assemble once arrived. It was packaged well. Wheels were easy to attach to the base. Bag was very sturdy and attached to the base easily with the Velcro straps. Our cat weighs 14lb and is on the larger size. He fit in the carrier and he seemed to be comfortable inside. I would say it was fine for a trip to the vet but might be a bit too small for him if the trip was longer. He seemed to enjoy this much more than than the large soft duffle bag we have for him. He did not mind the movement of the wheels and the base seemed pretty stable. I never felt like he was going to tip over, stability was good.

Better than I expected. Very well made and functionality plus. All sides open up and the tunnel is great! We have a very stubborn kitten that refuses to be placed in a carrier for transport to the vet…..my hope is this well help as she plays in and out of it.

Great Bag With Real Potential — Needs Some Upgrades
So Close to Perfect — But Needs Key ImprovementsThere’s a lot to love about this little travel bag, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful design. But with a few targeted upgrades, it could go from good to incredible. I’d even be willing to pay more for a next-generation version that addresses the following:⸻🧵 Zippers & Build Quality• The zippers feel too thin and not commercial-grade.• I suspect they may split or fail within 6 months of regular use.• Zipper tabs also feel flimsy and could be reinforced or upgraded.⸻🎒 Storage Compartment• The storage space isn’t adequate — there’s barely room for food, water, treats, or a phone.• Given that this compartment takes up half a side, it should be wider, deeper, and easier to access.• A single zipper makes it awkward — dual zippers would help a lot.⸻🐾 Tunnel Design• Brilliant idea — but too narrow. Even my small cat struggles to turn around.• There’s clearly room to increase the tunnel diameter by at least an inch, which would enhance comfort.• Requiring wheel removal to extend it is inconvenient. It might work better as a front extension, since that panel already opens.⸻🧳 Handle Placement• Big concern: The top handle is sewn to the flap, not the main frame.• This is a serious design flaw — under stress, that stitching will fail.• Please anchor the handle directly to the bag structure — there’s room to do this and it’s essential for safe handling.⸻🔁 Wheels & Backpack Mode• The wheels are smooth and well-made, and we’ve taken a few successful trial runs.• However, switching between rolling and backpack mode is clunky:• The straps aren’t adjustable and the fit is already stretching out.• Reaching underneath to attach/detach the Velcro is awkward.• Suggest adding a clasp buckle, magnetic attachment, or upward snap/Velcro combo for easier handling.⸻🎒 Comfort & Support• Wearing it as a backpack with wheels attached isn’t very comfortable.• Without wheels, it feels much better — so either improved padding or better weight distribution is needed.• Consider moving the tunnel to the front for better structural balance.• A waist belt would greatly increase comfort for longer treks.⸻🐱 Cat’s Experience• The hard floor is appreciated — keeps her safe and secure.• But when the bag tilts or shifts, she gets jostled easily.• A soft, form-fitting bed insert (with stabilizing edges) would help her stay put during transitions.⸻✅ What Works Well• The side mini door is a great feature — love it!• Bag weight is excellent — light enough for travel.• A pop-up top or telescoping height would add usable space while remaining airline compliant.⸻💬 Final ThoughtsI know this sounds critical — but it’s because this is one of the best bags I’ve tried, and it’s nearly a 5-star product. With a few functional upgrades, it could easily become the go-to choice for cat parents who travel.If you’re revising this bag design, I’d be happy to test a prototype or future release. Best carrier for indoor cats
It’s so perfect for our indoor cat, we always use it eveytime we go out to the park. It helps our Boba to slowly get used to be at the park and see a lot of people.

Decent carrier
This carrier is so diverse and has so many options to put your cat inside. I use it mainly as a backpack but beware if you have a chubby cat the bottom will fold in half. Would’ve been nice if it was more firm or made of plastic so it wouldn’t fold in half. So now my cat can’t lay down as comfortable anymore
