Great coverage for hind legs
My dog had stitches high up on her outer thigh and behind her knee. I tried multiple different “sleeves” to keep the bandages covered. This one definitely has the best coverage for hind legs. The sizing does run large (they said she should have a 2X and the XL fits perfect). The Velcro straps are super strong and she can move around comfortably. The fabric is like soft T-shirt material. Easy to get on/off and adjust.

Not like the picture
Unfortunately I returned this item because it didn’t cover the particular parts of my dog’s leg like shown in the photos and the description given by the seller. I measured my dog to ensure correct sizing as suggested by the seller however it still didn’t fit properly. This item also took longer than expected to arrive and Amazon said it was late in being delivered to the shipping facility….whatever that means.

But beware of sizing
Nicely made and would have worked out great, but the sizing chart is off, my husband ordered the size that it called for our dog’s sizing. It was too big, that she could slip her leg out of it.

Comfy and lightweight
My chow chow had bilateral knee surgery and I used this instead of a cone. It fit him great and was easy to throw in the wash.Do be warned if using it to cover incisions it will NOT protect them from saliva. If you have a pet who licks their incision through the fabric they can still get an infection. My dog was always monitored while wearing this.

Great no lick
Easy to put on. Like the spandex type material nice and stretchy. Gives great protection to the rear quarters and more comfortable for dog! One legged type was beginning to chaff and not user friendly ! Dog likes it cause he can poo and pee in comfort z! Fits good looks cute royal blue is a nice shade! Eady on easy off very functional for both fur baby and me!

Not made for thigh wounds
This product does NOT cover the thigh area! If wound is above the knee joint there is very little material. Do not recommend for thigh wounds.

Didn’t stop licking
This is good for preventing my other dogs from. Licking the injured dog’s incisions..my inventive pup absolutely found a way to get to her wound. I have ordered a soft cone to use with this suit. On the upside, this suit design allows easy urination and bowel movements.

Does not work – a waste of money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked it because from the picture it looked like what I needed to cover my dog’s surgery wound on her rear leg. It turned out to be useless. Every time she laid down and pulled her legs up they came out of the pant legs, or they started falling off her and exposing her wound which we were trying to protect from her licking. Also the velcro was huge and was hard to pull apart. Its not designed right at all – a waste of money.

Terrible fit. I bought an XL for a 53lb dog and the fit while standing still is fine but as soon as she lays down it all pulls to the back end creating a lot of pressure around her neck/shoulders. It’s just not fitted properly for movement no matter what i try positioning wise. Doing the job for now, but not comfortable for my dog and needing constant adjustments.
