Best shampooer yet
I have 4 cats and 1 clumsy daughter so I really put these shampooers to work. I have tried the other 2 main competitors out there and finally decided to give this one a shot and when it arrived there was scrap messes ready to clean up. The first attachment i tried out was the hair extractor tool.All directions in the box were very easy to read and I had it fully assembled and ready to roll in 5 minutes.I had messes to tackle on my back Sofa Cushion, 2 entry way Rugs, 1 area rug, and our carpet.This thing was super light weight to cart around from place to place. Every spot was thoroughly cleaned and a couple had been there a few days awaiting arrival of this machine and still lifted up with ease.It might take me a little getting used to as all the tools have a rubber cleaning mechanism and I mistakenly thought at least one of them came with a bristle brush like all the machines I have had prior. I only mention this because I felt like I needed to put a little more elbow grease in on the higher pile area rug bcuz of the friction on the rubber pad being harder to push along vs a bristle style brush. The mini tool has a bristle style brush but all others are rubber. The pet hair extractor tool superated the hair and some tiny bits of food that were stuck deep down in the carpet I didn’t realize we’re left behind so I did not get into the main tank which is exactly what it’s purpose was, which makes me feel confident this machine will hold up well over time since that crud won’t be clogging up the hose.The best part is that everything can be taken apart and washed so no more rotten egg smell lingering when you are trying to clean up a mess since you can clean everything on this machine! This one is far superior to any little cleaner I have tried!

Impressive Stain Remover — Works Like a Charm!The Shark StainStriker completely exceeded my expectations. I used it on an old coffee stain and some pet messes on my carpet, and they came out almost instantly. The dual-solution technology really works — you can see it breaking down the stain as soon as you spray.It’s super easy to use, and I like that it doesn’t leave behind a strong chemical smell. Just a clean, fresh scent. I’ve tried a lot of stain removers over the years, but this one actually gets deep into the fibers and stays clean — no weird residue or reappearing spots.Definitely worth the price. I’ll be keeping a bottle of this around at all times!

Pet stains are gone
For years I have been struggling with the Bissell Little Green Machine but now I struggle no more. The Shark Carpet (and more) Cleaner is a well designed and result delivering machine which is much better than anything else I have used in the past, excluding professional rental equipment, but this unit costs the same as a 24 hour professional rental and it’s yours to keep.The one thing that makes this a winner hands down, even before you compare performance is how easy it is to clean. Panels pop off so you can get into parts to rinse them clean after use. The discard reservoir is accessible for scrubbing and rinsing.The Shark seems to have more power than other products I have used and the twin cleaning reservoirs is a good idea, so the solutions mix while the unit is being used and deliver excellent cleaning power. The unit is compact and no heavier than other brands, so it is easy to move around, plus it comes with a few extra tools, however, there is no storage solution for the pet tool or the extra wide brush, so I have had to repurpose a small cloth bag which is stored with the main unit. Maybe future offerings could include an accessory pouch.Overall I am having way too much fun with this, and I am almost tempted to let my dog pee on the carpet so I can test the pet mess tool. No more Bissell for me, ever.

Before and after Recliner restoration
I recently purchased the Shark StainStriker to clean up an old recliner, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. I used distilled water instead of regular tap water, which I think helped avoid any buildup or residue. It’s worth mentioning this isn’t a commercial-grade vacuum, so the suction isn’t super powerful, but it definitely gets the job done with a little patience. For my recliner, I had to go over it about three times before I got the results I was looking for, and in the end, it looked much better.One thing I noticed is that when you remove the wide head attachment, the single detailing vacuum gives the best suction results. I actually found this to be the most effective way to clean tougher spots. It would’ve been nice if the unit had a steaming feature, but even without it, the machine performs well for its size and purpose.The build is sturdy, compact, and well-designed, making it easy to use and store. For home use, especially on furniture or small areas, this is a decent product that does what it promises.

Small but mighty
This product is so useful all around the house and the car. It is a must have for anyone with kids or pets. It is so easy to carry this to a small mess and spray it and make the mess disappear. The brushes are so easy to change depending on the size of your mess. The hose is high quality and hasnt had any leaks. I love the self wash cycle. My only complaint is that depending on the mess there is a residue of the mess left in the hose, even after using the self clean wash. Overall I love the product and wonder why didn’t I buy this sooner?

Absolute must have! Bought this on sale & can’t rave enough about it. Had a pretty bad carpet stain I wasn’t aware of & this thing literally sucked it clean.Comes with high quality materials / cleaning supplies. Very ease to use instructions. It’s spray is reliably effective & doesn’t take much. Multiple attachments for any job, fairly quiet considering how powerful it is.Definitely smells clean & removes almost any odor. Retains water well (including the cleaning solutions).Super easy to clean after use. Very portable. 10/10 must have!

Just received today. Turned it on per instructions and it completely shut down within 20 seconds of using. Smells burnt and won’t turn back on again. Really disappointed as I had high expectations of this machine.

I started using it to clean the sofa and the suction stopped working 5 mins in. I don’t know how to fix it or return it now, it’s money wasted. And they’re sending it to uae with a USA plug, that should be mentioned or sell it only in the us.

This product comes with an American/Canadian plug attached…..annoying as there is nothing in the blurb which states this. I have now had to purchase a converter and wait another week, for another delivery. Please can sellers give buyers important info like this up front where it can easily be seen.
