Fresh water for the dogs, not the mosquitos
The new dog bowl is much more than just a dog bowl. The water flow is great, with 2 different options for the water lapping proclivities of the dogs. The pump is quiet and the light makes it easy to see the water level. The quality is perfect for indoor use and the fit and finish is also of high quality. The instructions were well written and had a great set of tools for cleaning. I did not see a link to order new filters, though, and that would be a great thing to include.

This is probably one of the best Dog water fountains I have purchased. It definitely keeps their water clean much more so than any other ones we have used. We have a large dog of 65 pounds and a small dog of 40 and we fill it probably twice a week. We do have two of these in our home but we have approximately 3500 ft.Ā² so far they have worked out extremely well for us, but I do have to clean them about every two weeks. We also like the light that changes colors telling you when the waterline is low and when the filter is dirty.They seem to be extremely durable and we love the large size due to the amount of water it will hold. This seems to be the largest one on the market so far that we have found. Unfortunately, the only downside I found were the instructions, they definitely could use a slight upgrade on the instructions to assemble this product.Also, please beware there are many filters that do not necessarily work well with this unit so when ordering filter replacements, go back to the original product and see what the recommendation was when you ordered

Great for multiple animal homes
Kept having an issue with my cats drinking the water in our other fountain too quick. This fountain is a great size If you have multiple animals. itās very quiet unless itās water levels low but usually the light will tell you first. My only major complaint was when I was putting it together I donāt recall seeing instructions and I will say I did get a bit frustrated trying to figure it out. Water stays clean and very durable for little kittens to older cats.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!
We’ve only had this fountain for literally 2 months and it’s leaking. No damage and nothing has happened to it to cause it, so I’m not sure why it’s recently started leaking like it is, now, but we’re very disappointed. There’s been a big puddle under it everyday for the last few days, and I just bought 2 boxes of filter replacements for it, and everything, so needless to say we’re very upset and disappointed with this product. Save yourself the time and money and buy something else to begin with, but I definitely would not purchase this fountain again š. You can see the attached photos, the water is coming from this fountain and running down towards the other one because there’s a tiny bit of a slant in the floor where it’s sitting, but this thing was leaking way before now (and obviously the stainless steel one isn’t leaking, anyway, considering the fact it’s metal and it’stotally dry since removing that fountain 3rd photo is after removing this junk one, and as you can see by more water in the floor) but now the water is just pouring out of it, even after trying to figure out where it’s coming from and how to fix it. It’s totally done for. This thing is only a few months old and a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and just go with stainless steel and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JUNK UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! No idea how in the world this thing could possibly ever be rated 4.5 stars with the way it leaks!!! Beyond ridiculous!!! Very angry and upset to have thrown away that much money on this garbage!!! š

Loved it until the motor blew out. Purchased in March 2025 and broke August 2025. Bummed it broke but was good until that point.

GREAT CAT FOUNTAIN!
This larger fountain has proven to be a perfect solution for my cat and kitten. My decision to purchase it was driven by my cat’s tendency to knock over the Veken fountain I had previously, especially when the water level was low.However, with this new fountain, its weight prevents any toppling. After filling it with two gallons of water, I’ve been amazed that, even after 18 days of use, it remains half full ā a significant improvement. The fountain’s stability is particularly notable; my cat can lean on it without any issues.Initially, I faced some challenges during setup due to unclear instructions. Specifically, the steps outlining cord routing were confusing. I assumed there were designated hooks, but in reality, the cord passes through a small hole at the top, and the remaining cable simply rests inside the water.The fountain’s aesthetics blend perfectly with my glass TV stand, which is complemented by a plastic tray.Remarkably, I hardly notice any drips on the tray, thanks to its strong stability. The fountain’s wider design, unlike the Veken, definitely plays a significant role in maintaining its firm placement.The filter is impressively large, and I was surprised to find it completely devoid of any cat hair when I decided to refill it after 18 days.The filter and top components cleaned up easily with a quick rinse, and I refilled it with two more gallons of water.I don’t want to jinx it, but I have to admit that I’m really pleased with this fountain. So far, it’s been smooth sailing for these past 18 days.
