Effective and sting free, Sprayer could be better
I’ve been using this on small cuts and scrapes at home and gym. it cleans without any sting, dries fast, and hasn’t irritated my skin. One star off because the sprayer consistency is poor, it sometimes spits instead of misting and the price is a bit high. Still, a handy everyday wound spray.

Great for piercings
I purchased this spray to replace the liquid Claire’s provided to clean my daughter’s newly pierced ears. Surprisingly we’ve had no major issues with her piercings and I really believe this spray helped. Very minimal redness and crusting while healing. I will send this to any friend in the future who plans to get their daughters ears pierced!
