Outstanding Quality Kennel – Just a Bit Too Small for My Dog
I recently purchased the SportPet plastic kennel, and although I ultimately had to return it because my dog was just a little too big, I was thoroughly impressed with its quality. Fantastic kennel
We purchased this kennel to house a puppy at night and for transport to vet etc. The build quality is very good. It feels solid when put together. The ease of opening with clever design make this a great kennel. Fewer metal bars to chew at makes it comfortable for the puppy and keep her secure. The fit was as described.I looked at many models and this one was the best value for quality and ease of use.

Cute and functional
Bought for my anxious 50# dog when he is in the car. Specifically bought it to be a “tight” fit for him as big crates toss him around in the car and he gets super upset. Turns out he loves it and when we bring it inside from the car, he’ll curl up in it before we can fold it up and store it!!Pros: lightweight, compact when folded, easy to fold, cute color, sides are half vented at (top) top & solid (bottom) on 3 sides, making dog feel secure but provides circulation. Door is metal w easy to use lock.Our anxious pup loves it and lock is very eaay to engage and secure, but if u have an escape artist or super heavy chewer I could see them manipulating it to escape. This is durable for day to day use but not rugged, if that makes sense.Overall, best crate we’ve purchased (and we’ve purchased a lot!) Prior metal one was sooooo heavy and not aesthetically pleasing. :)To be aware of (not really a “con”): there is a small crack in a corner but it doesnt affect the structure stability so we didnt report it to seller… didn’t notice it until a couple days after we used it and it was 1st time we used it in the car and maybe we were a bit rough as we reclined the seat back to hold it in place for our (super) anxious dog.

Great kennel
Love this kennel! Great size for my puppy and she enjoys it! I don’t have to coax her like the bar kennel I was borrowing. Folds up nice and easy and I love how it all locks together for transporting.

Not well constructed
I would’ve returned but had a busy summer and I missed the window. My dog has only used twice and it is already broken. The door welds are very weak, and the connections have never fit together properly. Disappointed and wish I did not waste my money.

Missing a corner screw
We really love this pet carrier and were excited to use it for our new kitten, but sadly, it is missing a VITAL part. The four corners are held together by “Chicago” screws (see image), but one corner is missing. This harms the structural integrity of the carrier, as one corner leaves a gap when pressure is applied, so our cat could easily fall out. Luckily we don’t need our carrier ASAP. For now, we have used a zip tie to secure that corner while we look at different hardware stores for the perfect screw. So far, no luck…

Easy to assemble. Feels like it’ll last and it feels sturdy for 30lb pup.Easy to disassemble for travel.Really like the look compared to other crates.

Odd that the handle is on top opposed to the side but other than that super great, easy to set up, light, compact and secure. Would pick over a wire crate any day.
