Finally, a common sense pet bed product!!
Until this product became available on Amazon, I had searched high and low for a practical, pillow-case-like cover to simply go over and replace a worn cover on our dog’s (and cat’s!) favorite soft pet bed. It’s such a basic, common sense idea that for some reason has escaped the minds of the pet companies in favor of over-done, expensive covers that only fit the firm structured foam beds, rarely the soft puffy beds that pets actually love. This one is almost perfect, and allows you to replace that old worn out cover, or create your own by filling it with the stuffing of your choice. Brilliantly simple and economical. The top fabric is a very soft brushed velvet-like material, and the bottom has a great non-skid rubberized dot texture that works! The only improvements I could suggest would be a thicker layer on the bottom for longer durability, and it definitely needs a much longer zipper opening which unfortunately is only about 1/2 the full length of the side of the cover (15“ zipper vs 30″ cover length). This causes a bit of a struggle when getting the stuffing inside or taking the cover off to wash, especially if the bed itself is quite “puffy”. But the cover is so economical, perfection is not to be expected! Would like to see a waterproof version for outdoor use too!! Overall a great product!

I have bought four of these for my two dogs & they love them. I had a bunch of old bed pillows & I stuffed them in these covers & voila—instant dog beds! I’ve had one pair for over a year & they wash & dry like a dream! I wash them about once a month, so they’re always nice & clean. They’re soft & durable & an inexpensive alternative to costly dog beds. I highly recommend these covers! My dogs give them four paws up!

Small dog bed
It’s small,easy to fill. Dog started ripping it apart first use. I do like the non skid bottom. We have hardwood floors keeps it from moving everywhere. Be sure to check measurements.

This would be good to use for an old pillow turned into cat or small pet bed. I’m not sure why it’s saying chew proof, definitely not. I havent washed it so I cant say it’ll hold up. I’m concerned and took stars off cause the zipper keeps getting stuck and foesnt zip / unzip easily

Small, cheap and comfortable!
This stuff it yourself pet bed is GREAT! I have 2 small dogs weighing between 22-28 lbs and one is always laying in the kennel while the other only has a couple of blankets. I was looking for something small, cheap and comfortable and they both LOVE IT! I didn’t look to deep into what came with this product, so I was shocked that there’s a no slip grip on the bottom which makes it just 10 times better! The top is super soft and I used 1 soft and 1 firm old pillows I had to stuff it which my boys already loved so it was super easy to “assemble”, if you will. I haven’t had this product for that long but I’d say it should be fairly easy to clean by just taking the pillow cases out!

Not 20×30
I can only comment on how soft this product felt honestly since the listed size and the actual size do not match. I have a 20x30x3.5 waterproof dog bed that I have been trying to find replacement covers for. The ad and the packaging both list this cover as 20×30 however as you can clearly see in the picture that is not the case. The actual size measures about 18.5×29. I had to send it back as it is totally useless to me. I can say that it did at least feel very soft to the touch but that is all I can comment on.

Never Want to be Without Them
I have 6 rescue cats so have bought several, 1 for each bed & back ups too. I just love them! Some material hair just stubbornly clings to but not these, I can remove hair with a soft brush or a damp paper towel. I wish I knew what kind of material it was because I’d cover all my furniture in it.I put cheap small pet beds inside, that way the bed inside stays cleaner longer but am sure you can stuff with anything that will fit. I can remove cover & wash it so much easier than a whole bed & it dries much quicker too. Since all I need to do is put another clean cover on the bed, the kitties need not be without their beds.I prefer to hand wash & hang dry so the covers hold up longer. They dry quckly. Did I mention my Cats love the soft feel of them too? A win win. A++++++Update 4 -14-22 Still holding up very well, zippers & all. No holes or rips.If u find some items are difficult to stuff inside, just fold them in half to initially make it through the more narrow opening where the zipper is, & smooth them back out once inside.Sad to see that they have gone up in price since I last purchased a year ago, but isn’t everything.

The material is a little thin but it serves its purpose. We used standard size pillows to stuff the case but you can use a larger sized pillow. Don’t know if it’s water proof.
