This Stuff is Purely Magic!
When they say “Magic” they mean it! My dog has been a super picky eater lately, barely eating 1 meal a day. I sprinkled a little bit on top of her food and she eats like a champ now! UnfortunatelyNot the Answer for My Picky Eaters
I have two Shih Tzus who are both extremely picky eaters, and finding something they will consistently eat is a real challenge. I saw all the great reviews for this food topper and was very hopeful that this might finally be a solution for us.Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case in our home. Just like with so many other foods we’ve tried, my dogs simply couldn’t be bothered with it. They showed no interest at all.I wanted to share our experience for others who might be in the same boat. While I’m sure this is a wonderful product for many, it’s important for people with very fussy dogs to know that it’s not a guaranteed success. For us, it ended up being a waste of money, and I hope this perspective helps someone else with very picky—or perhaps just spoiled—dogs take that into consideration before they buy.

Let me start with I rarely write reviews. I have a 10 month old BoxerDoodle who suddenly protested his Chicken and Rice Purina Pro Plan and ate nothing for multiple days. He’d eat treats, chicken, and rice- but not dog food. I was one day away from taking him to the vet, but found this on here. He has a VERY sensitive stomach, so I was hesitant to try something new, but I was sort of desperate. Ummmm- this is literal magic and from the Gods. I gave him 2 cups of food with a literal dusting (did NOT use the recommended dose in fear of the runs or vomit) and he destroyed it. Ate the entire thing. We are officially back to dog food and this Magic Mix from Heaven. No vet needed.

Picky eater LOVES IT
My 1-year-old picky Shih Tzu was losing weight and just wasn’t interested in eating for some reason. I bought this out of desperation after reading all the other reviews and I am so glad I bought it. She has officially been on this for about 2 weeks and I can tell she’s already gaining weight. She’s interested in eating. She wants to eat. She tells me she’s ready to eat and is excited about it. It’s just been an all around fantastic food topper and I’m very glad I bought it and she is too.

Hershey loves Gravy
My dog loves this, I use Stell & Chewy kibble with many of their treats. I add water to his kibble to increase my dogs water intake, and this adds flavor to that water. We call it “making gravy,” and helps him digest his food better. I love how healthy the Stella & Chewy products are for my dog. He loves the smell, texture, and taste. The dust is the perfect size to easily dissolve to make the gravy faster.

This stuff is actually magical
I had a very picky puppy who lost interest in food for a while and this magical dust got her interested in her food again. Now, both of my dogs will not touch their food unless they have their “sprinkles” on top. I put a light dusting on and it’s enough to get them interested and started eating and the healthy ingredient panel makes me feel better than some of the other options out there to try and entice them to eat.

I started using this product as my 15 & 16 year old dogs started to miss meals for whatever doggie reason they had, so I had spotted the Stella & Chewy Chicken Dinner Dust and thought I would give it a try. Now my doggies NEVER miss a meal (unless I run out of the Dinner Dust!).I also use a little less than the 1 TBSP as it gets a little dry. I find it a good value for my money, as feeding both my dogs twice a day it lasts about a month, so to me its worth it!
