Using this on my 2012 Chrysler Town and Country
I put a small solar panel and a 12v Renogy battery on our van recently so that we didn’t need the car on to charge things like our Jackery and laptops on long trips. I was worried that someone nefarious could see the solar panel on the roof of the vehicle and see dollar signs. Not only did I install camera monitoring on the vehicle, I installed this inside a black box I mounted to the underside of the vehicle. I ran a USB cable from the inverter for the Renogy battery to this device, and set up MetroPCS. Now, I can see where my car is at any time, and make sure it doesn’t get stolen and even if it does, I can track it down and go get it back. Thanks for this device, one of the most handy I’ve gotten on Amazon to date!

Living in a shady neighborhood, I’m always afraid my car will be stolen. With this device, at least if my car got stolen, I would be able to track it. The devices itself is a bit bigger than I thought. But it is big because it have a bigger battery, so I don’t have to charge so often. I just stow it under the car seat.This device require a sim card which is convenient because I can just buy a data sim card and use it without subscription commitment, meaning I can cancel it anytime
