Great for smelly laundry baskets!!
I do not have the purifier for which these are refills. I got them because I needed a solution for smelly workout laundry that was “perfuming” not only the entire room in which the laundry basket was, but the whole hallway as well. I saw a laundry bag for sale that had a charcoal odor eliminator in an exterior pouch, and decided to improvise a solution by affixing these to a laundry basket with rubber bands and twistie ties. Hey, it looks a little odd, but let me tell you – I was stunned at the results!! NO ODOR is escaping that laundry basket with three of these little guys attached to the outside of the hamper! I set others in inconspicuous places around the bathroom with our cloth diaper hamper and it helps absorb unwanted odors there as well. If you’re looking for an odor-reducing solution for your laundry area, I recommend trying it!

Great alternative to name brand
These fit fit my air purifier very well and are the same likeness in quality and effectiveness as the name brand versions, both helping to generate cleaner breathing air and reduce any odor from the pets. So far they seem to work well for both of those. Overall good value option in lieu of the Name brand.

Fit my purifier, but a little rattly
These replacement filters fit my HB True Air purifier just fine, but they are cut slightly differently than the originals (with a notch at the bottom that the originals don’t have).I’m not sure if that’s the cause, but these make a little noise that the originals didn’t, a gentle rattling sound. It’s not obtrusive, but there is definitely a sound that wasn’t there before (I did remove and reset it to be sure I hadn’t just not closed something properly, but all is well). It doesn’t make it unusable, but we also have it in an out of the way area near our litter boxes. After a few days, I’m not noticing any more odor than I did with the original, so seems to work fine. Only time will tell what it does for dust.

Doesn’t fit and poor quality
The original filter is on the left and this product is on the right. The notch is cut on the opposite side so it doesn’t fit into the device. In addition, this filter is much thinner and flimsier than the original. The original has multiple layers and large beads inside while this filter just feels like the two outside layers with some small, hard beads inside.Does not fit in my device and poorly made with flimsy materials. Does not adequately replace the filters it claims to.

Works Amazingly Well—Proof in the Filter
I love these filters. I use them in two small True Air plug-ins to help minimize dust and dog hair in my home. They do fill up fairly quickly, but that’s more due to the amount of dog hair and dust my pups bring in than the product itself. The noise level is minimal, the quality is sturdy, and I’m always amazed at how dirty the filters are when I change them—it’s proof that they’re really doing their job!

Fits plug in style
These fit perfectly on the Hamilton Beach TrueAir Plug-in Mount. I like these because they have a carbon filter. Most of the other ones I tried are just foam and dont really do much. Best I’ve tried.

Just pre-filters, no actual filters
These are a replacement pair pre filter for Hamilton Beach true air. I think these are just as good as the official brand ones. The shape is exactly the same as the ones I received with the air purifier machine. While the shape always seemed weird, that’s the right compatible product. Usually I get aftermarket helps filters with the carbon sheets in like sets of 3 or 4. This product is only the (Pre-Filter), I wish the heap filter was included, as this is only half of what needs regular replacement.
