Lovely Quality
This is an aesthetically pleasing product, if you want that high-end finish for your pet without the cost then this is it. Unfortunately i had to return mine because it was slightly to small for my pet but if a larger size was available i would repurchase.Great Zipper qualityComfortable for pet with the inner beddingEasy to clean as it opens on more than one side

Best pet carrier I have purchased so far . Very comfortable for my 7lbs Maltese.
I can say that I find this case to be super practical and well made. There are a lot of pet carriers out there but this is by far the best one I have found online . the side doors has a metal frame which prevents it from collapsing when you open it . There is no metal frame on the top of the carrier but that is ok with me because that could have made it difficult to place under the seat on my flight . I used it with Jet Blue and it worked perfectly fine and it does meet their standards. My dog was super comfortable inside and there was a lot of breathing vents for my dog to be comfortable . I like the fact that includes storage to place the snacks , the vet documentation and also a strap that allows you to place it on top of carry on when you are on the go. I’m super happy with it and will buy it again .

Great for dogs under 10lbs
It’s so cute, but came with an articulate leather smell. It’s built well and very sturdy compared to the simple black ones you can get at the pet store. This carrier fits our 7lb dog well but I wouldn’t suggest you placing a >10lb dog in there. Great and easy to get by TSA and fits comfortably under the seat of a plane.

Sizing is not accurate
Super cute bag and seemingly good quality. Unfortunately, I’ll probably be returning the bag because it is smaller than expected. The dimensions are definitely not accurate. I measured the length at 15” and the other dimensions are both 10”. In another review the dimensions measured in the reviewers photos are the same as my measurements. The positive is that it is airline compliant but my lil 10 lb pup is kind of long, so I would prefer a 17” bag. If you have a 5 lb dog, you should be totally fine.

The dog carrier is convenient for both the dog and you You can store your phone, ID for flight- readily available in the side pockets. Well made and looks like a personal carryon bag for the plane.

Missing shoulder strap. Sizing incorrect.
This is my second 1 star review. The first bag looked okay, but was missing the shoulder strap. Instead of just sending a strap, I had to return the item and reorder it. The second bag arrived and it is only 16x10x10. Not 18x11x10. I owned a different manufacturers bag that recently wore out. It was 18x11x10. It fit my dog perfectly. The size difference may not seem like much, but my dog could not fit into this bag. I will not be ordering a third bag.
