Best Stainless Steel Fountain
We got this fountain in combination with the Auto Feeder from the same company. I pet sit for a living, so I’ve tried a LOT of the Amazon pet fountain offerings and typically am not impressed with their longevity or durability. I had low expectations for this particular fountain, but I was quickly blown away. I (and the cats!) ADORE this fountain!It’s simple to assemble and set up, easy to take apart and clean, and I don’t notice any of the nasty pink build-up that plastic fountains always seem to get. The whole thing is dead silent, with a good capacity for a long weekend. Having the option to run on both power and battery gives me peace of mind in case of a power outage that the water will still work.10/10, wholeheartedly recommend and hope all my clients also do 😀

5 stars in every category!!! Functionality, ease of cleaning, noise level, battery life… I (and my cats) love it so much I bought a second one for our vacation rental. Motion sensor works flawlessly and my cats have been drinking so much more water since I purchased this, and they even had a fountain prior to this one (porcelain). If you have a cat that loves to drink from the sink, they will LOVE this thing. One of my favorite aspects is just how easy it is to clean compared to other fountains I’ve had. This was a great buy, highly recommend for any small animals!!

Great Fountain & Good Value
Have had this for a month and I love it! One of the easier to clean water fountains. Love the battery life and that the pump comes apart. I use little pipe cleaners to get in all the nooks and crannies. Looks so nice and I love the light. Motion sensor is great and doesn’t erroneously pick up motion like a lot of other random amazon “motion activated” items.Have had it for a month and will update my review if I run into other issues.

A Simple Healthy Approach To Hydration For Cats
Simple assembly and very quiet. It took a little while for my 4 cats to approach the item because of the sensor, which I had on, scared them. Most of the 4 are now “drinkers”. A great machine!

Good, but not as good as I had hoped.
Large capacity. The stainless is easy to keep clean, and doesn’t scratch when my cat paws at the water. It was very easy to assemble and isn’t disturbingly noisey when it is operating. I use it on sensor mode. The sensor operation was not well thought out, as it turns the fountain on when anyone is within a three foot 180° radius. Well there goes any battery saving aspect. Also the sensor only keeps the fountain running for about 5 seconds, so it frequently shuts the water off in the middle of the cat drinking and doesn’t turn back on immediately. The sensor should keep the water flowing as long as the cat is in front of the fountain.So…all in all, it’s not bad, not great. Certainly worth the price.

Best water fountain I have purchased
I’ve been through several fountains. Either they ran over, ran dry without warning, or had to be plugged in. My cats drink from open bowls, but love to spray water. This is easy to clean, charges with a computer cord (and not that often) and avoids the water waste I had with a bowl. I’ve simply been cleaning the filters when I clean the bowl each week. Mobst important, my cats like it.

I have a diabetic cat that will only drink from the bathtub faucet, so I got this fountain in hopes that she would drink more. She loves this fountain with the faucet like spout and is drinking more!I have had this fountain about a month. It is still working great. Set up was fairly easy. The instruction booklet isn’t the best with cleaning instructions, when to replace the filters etc. I ordered more filters and it says to change them every 2 to 4 weeks. My cat only eats wet food. The wet food bits get stuck in the water filter and in the water reservoir so I rinse the fountain out and replace the water every day. I give the fountain a thorough cleaning about twice a week.The filter (blue and white filter) is hard to get open to clean. I use a flat top mini screwdriver to pry it open. In my opinion, this fountain isn’t easy to clean and it is a tedious task getting into all of the nooks and crannies in the plastic parts. I have tendonitis in my forearms, so my arm is hurting by the time I am done. I use the small bristle brush that is included as well as a more narrow bristle brush to get inside of other areas. There’s not a great way to clean the spout because of the curve in it, but I clean from both ends with the brushes and hope that it gets fully cleaned. I don’t love the water level window on the inside. It has little lights around it that aren’t ideal for cleaning. I use a brush and wash cloth for those and hope that it doesn’t collect bacteria.I love that my cat will drink from this fountain and I love the wireless sensor mode, but I do wish that there were less plastic parts and that it were easier to clean.I rely on reviews when I am purchasing items so I hope that this review is helpful to you !

Is not filter water. Have that rinse the pet dish out at the end of every day otherwise all the cat food and dog food whatever sits at the bottom of the bowl. It’s just pretty to look at I would say maybe two thumbs down would never order again will be returning it.

I was had high hopes for this foundation when I bought it as it had all the criteria I was looking for. The pump stopped working within 2 weeks despite being maintained as per the instructions. I had registered the warranty for the fountain and when I reached out to the company they told me I could buy a replacement pump. So clearly the warranty does not cover the pump which is obviously a crucial part of the fountain.
