Stylish but didn’t hold up
Update: the strap snapped entirely.I spent quite a lot of time searching for the perfect dog harness for my pup and landed on this set. I absolutely adored the sleek and stylish design but the quality didn’t hold up.Unfortunately it has begun to fray and I’m afraid the strap started to come unstitched shortly after purchase. I’d love to see if a replacement item would hold up longer as it’s only been about two months of use and the stitching already came apart. (For context, we very rarely leash our dog so it’s not from pulling or tugging, I’m hoping we just received a defective item but I haven’t been able to contact the seller)Disappointed as I was extremely excited for this set and it wasn’t a cheap purchase,

The first thing that struck me about this harness and leash set is the quality! This is a vegan leather, but it is very soft on the edges are finished in a way that it won’t irritate skin. It’s also a slick enough, vegan leather, that it won’t mat up or tangle for underneath it. The hardware on it is what is super impressive! It’s beautiful, brushed gold, and I’ve never had clips that are so easy to clip together and unhook. The spring system, and the way they fit together is unlike anything I’ve experienced in a dog product! The feel and operate, much more like some thing on a luxury handbag for a human.I must also comment on how stylish and beautiful the design of this is. There’s a very understated and sophisticated colour palette. The design is fairly minimalist and has a very high fashion look to me. I photographed the harness on my dog, and the leash on its own, so that you can get a good look at how beautifully this is designed and made.From a functional perspective, this is a very secure and sturdy harness that my dog will never be able to get out of. The leash is also very durable materials and well constructed so that it allows me to stay in control, and it doesn’t come apart.I’m really happy with this set and it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and appearance. I don’t think any of the photos, including on the product page, quite capture how beautiful this is in person.

Probably the most beautiful harness we have ever tried very comfortable to walk with but not for small dogs who are skinny. Couldn’t tighten the harness all the way because of the way the straps are stitched and the material for the straps seems to allow it to loosen by itself. He’s escaped out of his harness three times now so for safety reasons we are returning it.

This is a nice harness, however, it is very light, and I don’t feel it would be strong enough for my Beagle. Upon arrival, the straps were twisted up and it took some time to get them aligned properly. The leash is quite nice with the metal handle, but not a leash I would use daily with my dog. My Beagle is a medium-sized dog and still fairly active at his age and fairly strong. I feel this set would be more suited to dogs that are less active and don’t pull, or for those occasions when you want something that looks good, as this set definitely fits that criteria. At almost $100, this is an expensive set, and very nice looking. However, it arriving twisted up and having to take time to fix, I am knocking some stars off.
