Feel secure with the Waggle Pet Monitor
The Waggle Pet Monitor works really well. When I have left my dog in my van, Waggle sends me immediate alerts to indicate if the humidity or the temperature in the van is rising. It doesn’t wait until it’s at a high temperature, that way I have time to get back to my vehicle. I am planning a long trip with my dog and feel very secure in her safety if I have to leave her in the vehicle for any reason (even with the fan or air running). I would highly recommend this device for anyone with an RV who has to leave their pet for a period of time.

Best purchase for ease of mind.
I wanted my k9 to be safe in the car during training. This brand seemed to cater to RVs but I liked how it functioned so I decided to give it a try! I use this inside his kennel in the car! It’s perfect! The ap is easy to use, the battery life is pretty decent! I’m very happy!

Don’t waste your money!!
The temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. See images. We are in the Colorado Mountains all windows open where it is nice and cool, I have a sweater on, no way its 81 degrees here. I am steaming with my Verizon signal so I know I have good cell service. I unplugged it about a our ago and have yet to receive an alert about power. I did get an alert yesterday when I tested it so I know it works but if it is not 100% reliable what’s the point. Set up on the app was a total pain, it kicks you out at any point if you leave the screen and you have to enter all over. Even when I clicked to read the terms at checkout, had to start all over. Seriously I am all about techy things and this is a waste on money. The people that keep it probably don’t even know if it works or not, and have not thoroughly tested it out, they just like the nice screen on their phone. Returning it today.SO UPDATE I spoke with support and apparently the unit lost the the cell signal. But I got no alert. So if it can lose the signal and not update temp readings or send alerts what good is it. I used the reset button and it seems to be working now. I will update again when I get the answer on lose of cell signal alerts.UPDATE 4 days now no response from customer service. I think they blackballed me. We were out yesterday and got a warning that we hit our 83 degree high head alert so we rushed back and the RV was fine the digital thermometer we have on the shelf and the one on the thermostat read 74 and 76. The only thing I would say it might be good for is the power off alert. IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTED CELL SIGNAL. JUST NOT RELIABLE FOR THE MONEY WE PAYED. ITS GOING BACK.

Happy Waggle User
I have purchased and installed Waggle in my Motorhome to monitor conditions while I’m away from the campground. The installation and performance of the service has been flawless. I have not lost connection to the unit and the temperature and humidity reported is comperable to a seperate conditions monitor installed in the RV. Great product and highly recommended.

Great product-excellent customer support!
We have been using the Waggle standard monitor in our RV for 2 years to make sure our Labradoodle is comfortable when we have to leave her for an hour or so in our climate-controlled van. The Waggle alerts us when the temperature is moving out of the comfortable range we have set. It gives us peace of mind and we don’t have to run out to the van to check on her every few minutes.After two years of use, the battery in our Waggle began to run out of power quickly and wasn’t charging fully. I contacted customer service and was helped by Stan, who was able to offer me a great discount on a replacement monitor. When my new Waggle arrived, we accidentally set it up incorrectly and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Stan came to our rescue once again and with in 3 minutes the problem was solved and our new monitor was online and reporting temperatures correctly. What excellent customer service!!We highly recommend Waggle and their wonderful customer support!!

Unreliable
Update:My unit stopped working completely. Waggle was great and replaced it. The module I have now seems to work much better. So far, so good.I bought this last year for our camper, but just used it for the first time this weekend when we went somewhere that didn’t allow pets. Unfortunately I am super disappointed in this. I don’t know what cell service this is supposed to utilize but it was completely unreliable. Our cell phones with Verizon had great service in the same location as the waggle, while the waggle continuously lost network. It also continuously received error messages saying we needed to reboot it. Ridiculous. If we were in the same location as the waggle we wouldn’t need a waggle. And you can only reset the device in person. The only thing that saved us was our pet-cam (NOT a waggle pet-cam). I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because it did work some of the time, but I would not recommend this product.

Very Reliable
Yesterday was our first chance to rely on the camera and thermostat . . . they worked perfectly!!!! We were away from our RV for 5 hours and checked many times . . . gave me great comfort and was able to enjoy some gambling and dinner . . . thank you!!!!Love your products and service!!

Best option on the market for pet travel safety.
This was incredibly easy to setup. Very user friendly interface in the app. Readings for temperature and humidity were spot on and reliable. I purchased the temperature monitor and the video cam to help monitor our dog for peace of mind. I didn’t know until I downloaded the app all the features and options available through Waggle. It’s a fantastic service, even including an extensive list of campgrounds/rv parks to search for traveling. I highly recommend getting this product or any in their suite of options. It gave us peace of mind and so much more.

This is a fantastic product. We live in Canada and recently traveled to the Florida Keys with our 5th Wheel trailer for a month. The Waggle alerts worked perfectly in USA and Canada and gave us the peace of mind to enjoy some time out for dinner or a trip to Key West for a few hours to watch the sunset.The temperature readings are accurate and the power outage notices are correct and timely.You can also pause your subscription when you are not traveling.Thank You Waggle Team!

Bought it to take my cat camping with us at a festival and luckily I did buy it as our main fan broke as soon as we set up! Thanks to this i was able to keep track of how hot the camper was getting and head back from the festival grounds to check on my cat 🐈 best purchase!

Horrible, it states no wifi needed but then get messages wifi is off and won’t work, I’ve tried calling customer service can’t get in touch with anyone…subscription cost me 300 plus dollars plus the cost of the device for NOTHING!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

We got this for our dog while we were camping in 40+ degree heat we needed to be sure our AC was on and working while we were away. Never had any drops in the connection and the alerts worked well.Just keep in mind this is not a free service you have to be subscribed for it to work. You will need to ensure wherever you are has adequate cellular coverage as well.
