Decent Collar but Tracking Is Delayed
I’ve been using this collar for a few weeks now, and it’s okay overall. The location tracking isn’t very accurate in real time; it shows where my dog was, but usually about 20 minutes ago. The location itself is accurate, just not the timing. I do like that it displays the battery percentage, so I always know when to replace it. The sound feature doesn’t really work, but I didn’t have any trouble connecting it to my phone, which is a plus. I’m keeping the collar because at least I can see where my dog has been, which is still better than a regular collar, but it’s definitely not the best tracker out there.

You Need This Collar For Your Dog!
I got this tracking collar in the medium size in the sky blue color. Iʻve been looking for a sufficient dog collar to put an Airtag in, so I was glad to find this especially since itʻs waterproof and comfortable. This item is exactly as described. The typical woven dog collar material is used on the outside, but on the inner side of the collar there is a very soft black material sewn into most of it except for where the adjustable part is and where the buckle is attached. This collar actually has an Airtag chip and comes with an extra battery, which is great to have once the other battery wears out. The instructions say to unscrew the back and relace the battery right away, but since thie one inside still works I kept it in. This was so easy to set up on my iPhone especially since I’ve set up other Airtags already it was a familiar process. I didnʻt run into any problems through the whole process and had it working right away. It showed up on the map in the Find My app. I tested the alert sound & my 2 1/2 year old German Shepherd kept running around in half circles, looking over her shoulders so confused! This was hilarious, but eventually she calmed down and got used to it. This tracking collar is definitely worth it when you consider how easily it is to set up and use & it comes with an Airtag chip so you donʻt have to use another Airtag, plus it includes an installed battery plus an extra one. I would buy another one of these for my chocolate lab.

Solid Collar, Decent AirTag Alternative with Limits
First off, this is a well-made collar. It has a soft lining on the inside, so it’s comfortable for the dog to wear, and it’s fully adjustable for a good fit.What makes this collar special is the built-in “AirTag compatible” tracker. I’d previously used an Apple AirTag in a separate holder on my dog’s collar, but the keyring attachment broke and the AirTag went missing (eventually recovered, thanks to Apple’s tracking). With this collar, the tracker is built in and sits flush against the band. That makes it much harder to knock off, even when dogs are playing rough.Setup was simple: I added the collar into the Find My app on my iPhone, and it showed up right away alongside my other Apple devices. It came with a battery already installed plus a spare CR2032, which was a nice touch. Functionally, it works like an AirTag but with some trade-offs. Using Find My, I can make it play a sound, though it’s noticeably quieter than an actual AirTag. And unlike an AirTag, it doesn’t seem to support Apple’s Precision Finding feature. That means you only get the usual map circle showing the approximate location, not the arrow-and-distance guidance that AirTags provide. BTW–Apple doesn’t recommend AirTags for pets because they aren’t GPS trackers and rely on nearby Apple devices to update location, which means they can’t provide real-time or guaranteed tracking if the pet wanders out of range. They’re designed for items, not living beings.In short: the collar itself is great, the tracker integrates easily with Apple’s system, but it’s not a full AirTag replacement if you rely on sound or precise close-range tracking.
