So Much Fun!
Honestly, I bought these because I thought it was funny. When we got them, I was scared they were too small. Jormungander is a big girl, after all. But, surprisingly, it fit! It’s snug, but it fit on the largest one so we put it on Chickadee and it fit perfectly. Fair warning though, Jormun, the gray one, disliked it a lot. She kept pecking at the vet and then at the clip. Chickadee just sat for a while but then eventually figured it out. We have others we haven’t tried them with yet, but I look forward to it!

Save your money – they don’t work like you think they will.
These are clearly not for chickens. I bought them as a novelty anyway but they have puppy paw prints on them so they are not made for chickens. There is not really a good way to put a chicken on a leash anyway!

They fit!
The first thing to remember when using a harness on a chicken is they will be taking you for a walk, not the other way around lol! I was skeptical when I opened the first harness, that it would be too small for my hen, but it actually fit her. She is an Egyptian Fayoumi, and a smaller breed that lays medium size eggs. In my opinion, these would not fit a larger breed like a Buff Orpington, unless they were larger size. I noticed, as did another person who left a review, that in the product photos the reflective badge on the front is totally gray, but all six of the ones I purchased have a paw print and leaves, so yes, these are made for dogs, but will fit chickens. Although they aren’t a custom fit for a chicken, someone, somewhere, found out they would work for them. I like that there were six different colors, they came with matching leashes, and were reasonably priced. I would change the strap and buckle to something more comfortable, quicker to fasten, and easier to adjust. A suggestion would be some sort of polar fleece straps with a velcro closure. I intend to modify one of mine to see if she is happier wearing it. After all, you don’t need the same control of a chicken like you do a dog, and polar fleece will be easier on their feathers, and the velcro closure would make it easier to put the harness on a squirming chicken. It would be nice if the set came in medium and large also.

Chicken outing
Took our chicken to our local pet store and then out to the patio of our local Mexican restaurant. 10/10 people will for sure think you are crazy but this harness for our chicken has brought us an INSANE amount of joy. Please buy it and take your chicken on adventures!

These are dog harnesses
These are just small dog harnesses complete with dog paws embossed on them where the image shows a plain gray shield. If I had an 8 pound dog, I might keep them because they are cute, but they won’t work for my 14-16 week chicken bodies without smashing their wings on the top while at the same time sagging on their belly enough for them to easily step inside the harness to try to get it off. If you have full bodied, full grown fat-bottom chickens, these definitely would not work. These might fit a thinner long-bodied chicken breed (like a claret or some types of game fowl)

Size small fit most of our hens
Size small fit our smaller hens but not our biggest two hens. Our hens are under a year old, so still on the smaller side, and confined to a coop and run for now. Our kids have wanted these for a while, and several hens seemed to enjoy the experience, one did not. They are well made, but two sets of hands are helpful getting them on! To get the first wing through its place, you almost have to take the clip through the back loop and then go under the wing and put the clip back through again before clipping under the second wing. This is where it was tight (even when fully extended) on our larger chicken, the cinnamon queen hen in photos. Overall, good product and good experience!
