Worked well, clean easily , absorbent and soft.
Very soft, we line dry them overnight in our laundry room so takes about 12 or so hours to dry that way. Didn’t want to keep running dryer for just 1 or 2 pads. We wash them with odor eliminator detergent and a sprinkle of 20 mule team borax, with a 30 minute to 1 hour soak time and they come out perfectly clean, no residual staining or smell. They do make the belly band close less tightly over velcro( i.e. without pad, we can tighten it to completely cover all velcro, with padding, belly band has about 1.5 inches of velcro not covered. Not a problem, just order belly band accordingly. Our 17yo incontinent “pup” had cancer when we rescued him, so we are in hospice mode with him. He stays fairly dry through day with his regular potty breaks outside, but in later evening , before bed, in just 1.5 to 3 hours , he will now just pee and pee , even if he was put out 10 minutes earlier, so we now double up the pads in evening and that really helped him not ” soak through” the belly band diaper. These were a definite thumbs up buy for us!

Great for older dog
We had a large poodle schnauzer that needed these and they were so helpful. They absorbed his accidents and held up overnight. We did double them up. He didn’t seem to mind them at all so I’d guess they were comfortable. They washed well with Costco brand laundry soap and vinegar in the rinse cycle and we dried them on tumble dry medium. We used them everyday washing them twice daily for 3 months before our guy passed away.

I bought these to reinforce whatever diaper-belly band combo I needed to use for my dog and they work great! Sure they’re a little thin as other reviews noted, but there are ten to this pack. Use 2 if you need to! They’re very soft and they are very absorbent. I have to use them up near the band of a normal dog diaper because the waist part doesn’t reach far enough, so I put one of these on there and stick a belly band over it and he doesn’t have any leaks. Great stuff, would def buy again if I needed them (but these are very easy to hand wash).

Best diaper I’ve found for my dog
Aside from being ecologically correct, these diapers are so much easier to use than the plastic ones we were using. I did have to alter the diaper a bit to fit my dog. I got the correct size (great directions for getting the right size given) but my dog doesn’t have hip bones, so at first they tended to slide off. I added some 3/4″ elastic to the convenient material ‘tunnel’ at the top of the diaper and viola it fixed the problem. The diapers wash like a breeze using warm soapy water as recommended; take a while to dry. But no leaks, my dog doesn’t seem to mind the diaper, and no plastic in the dump. Ah, now I do use feminine pad without the side fold overs. Worked out very well. Did I mention – well made?

The absorbency is an issue
I’ll start with the positive: this liner does a really good job at keeping the top (where your pet’s skin contacts it) dry by moving the urine down. This helps keep your dog comfortable and can help avoid urine burning. I also like the size, I bought the female liners for my male dog’s wraps and they fit great. I was also hoping the female liners would be more absorbent…Unfortunatey, the absorbency level is subpar. If you’re using this for a dog that just has a bad habit of marking, it’ll probably work well.But I bought this for my semi-paralyzed foster dog and they soak through very quickly. I defintiely need to find something with more absorbency for him.I should also say I do not smell a strong odor of urine when he’s wearing these with his wraps, so it may do a decent job at odor control.

Soft And Did The Job
We ordered the male XL pads and they worked out really well. We used them inside the Vecomfy Washable Leakproof Belly Bands for Male Dogs 4 Pack, Quality Reusable Large Dog Belly Wrap Durable Dog Diapers, XL and they fit nicely. The pads are not super thick so we doubled them over so we wouldn’t have to change the belly bands so frequently. Would recommend! 🙂

Work very well!
I have a 16 year old dog so he wets all the time. I initially just had the diapers, which do a pretty fine job, but because of how much my dog wets the diapers would get soaked pretty fast and needed multiple changes throughout the day. So I ordered the pads for extra absorption and they’re amazing! They soak up so much and most of the time when I change his diaper, the diaper under the pad is still clean. Not to mention they are also very soft so cause less irritation to my dogs underside compared to the constant use of just the diaper alone. Definitely loving the product!
