The camera and monitor doesn’t support fast charging. The best charging solution: 5V/1A (5W) & 5V/2A (10W). For 10W, please pay attention to the charging without protocol interference (not fast charging).
1. Before use, please insert the SD card into the camera to record and store videos and photos. (The memory card is already installed in the camera). In addition, the camera and monitor need to be fully charged for normal use.2. The baby car monitor has a built-in battery that provides 4-5 hours of backup power. We recommend plugging it into your car’s cigarette lighter for power. 3. The baby car camera automatically enters standby mode without manual shutdown, with a standby time of 1-6 months. Turning on the monitor will automatically activate the camera. (32h runtime / 1–6mo standby)4. If the camera and monitor cannot be paired properly, you need to check if there are other devices in the 2.4GHz band and temporarily turn them off. Extreme temperatures may also cause the device to disconnect.

The idea of wireless was nice but…
The battery life on this isn’t great so you have to keep charging it. So you more often have a cord connected to at least one of them.The nighttime camera also isn’t great. It does this white spot right in the middle so you can’t see the baby face. You have to move the camera almost out of range just to see their face.And lastly, the camera almost never connects. About 99% of the time we’re battling to connect it. It’s random when it connects instantly. There’s been many times where we just give up trying to connect.I recommend you just put your money toward a wired baby camera. It will be more reliable and less hassle than this one.

Good buy
I absolutely love how clear the camera and monitor are my previous one was very grainy so that’s a plus. However I do not like that u have to turn the camera on and off every single time u use it and have to remember to charge it but I guess it makes sense cuz it’s Bluetooth what I did was got a wire to charge it and ran it through my seat so he couldn’t pull or really see the long wire. It seems you can play music and things like that very similar to a regular baby monitor which is nice I haven’t tried the feature yet but nice to have!

Don’t bother
This worked well for about three weeks.The picture makes the camera look small, but it isn’t, so it bounces a bit as you travel down the road. After three weeks the camera lost its connection to my display and I haven’t been able to reconnect it.

Best vehicle camera for the price!
One of the best priced vehicle baby cameras. I love it! I have no complaints. For those saying the night vision isn’t the best, they are grasping at straws. The picture quality is great and easy to set up and operate. If you want a perfection try one that cost $200-$300.

Great day time video / horrible night mode
I’ll start off by saying the quality of the day time video is really good, the size of the monitor is perfect for a car vent attachment, the fact that it records and is wireless is a big plus. Now the reason why I gave it 3 stars is because of the sole factor that the night vision mode is the worst! It has to do with a design flaw when the light that shines right over the sensors and it causes a bright white circle right over the center of where the camera is facing. This would be right over my kids face and defeats the purpose of it having this mode as its useless to even use. One way I was able to calm the light and fix the white circle was placing receipt paper over the sensors and that actually helped balance it and now you can see what you want to see useing the night vision mode. Its not ideal but its honestly a temporary fix. This is the one time CVS came in clutch and I had a purpose of using that long paper they give.
