Received a USED Fountain, SILL WET. (But it IS working and I like it!)
Update: It’s still running strong, so while I think it was tacky and a bad business move to send out a used, WET, fountain to a customer expecting and having paid for a NEW, dry, clean, fountain, I’m happy it IS still running as advertised! In spite of my personal experience, there is everything to like about this fountain! I am not unhappy with it at all and it IS much better in every way than the previous one we had with the little pump. So I’m adding the two stars I promised I would! This is a very good product!Earlier: I want to love this fountain so much, BUT what I received was not new, even though that is what I paid for. It was just delivered. I opened the box, and all appeared well until I removed the parts and found everything was wet. I took out the package of (supposed to be) filters and it was torn open on the end and only FIVE filters were inside. The 6th filter was wrapped in a paper towel in the bottom of the tank. Next, I removed the “Master Control Module” and it was also in an already torn open bag and was COMPLETELY SOAKING WET. So I have received a USED FOUNTAIN. Gee. Thanks, Seller. Anyway, I decided since it was here and aside from it most likely not working since the Master Control Module was entirely soaked (as was the inside of the torn bag it was wrapped in), I would do a test run. To my amazement, it’s actually working!! Why the Control Module is entirely wet, when the directions say to not to immerse it in water to keep the charging port dry, is curious; but at least the charging port clearly did not get wet. So I will go ahead and let it run and keep my fingers crossed that it continues. The selling feature for me on this fountain was that it does not have the typical pump, which means it will be easy to keep clean. Plus, it’s a larger tank than most pet fountains and it actually is very quiet. So as of this moment, I’m happy it’s just running. If it continues I’ll come back and give two more stars.

It’s so easy to clean and so convenient that it can be charged so I don’t have to keep it near a plug. We loved the first one so much that we bought a second one so our cats don’t have to fight over it. It’s wide enough for two cats to drink side by side as long as you don’t have a fountain hog like us

Love it! Previously had an all stainless steel no pump fountain. The first one didn’t work and the replacement quit after a week so I was skeptical about the no pump. Got this one and was pleasingly surprised. Filters are easy to change. The stainless steel top and the plastic vessel are working out well. The water level is easy to monitor, stainless steel bowl cleans up well and changing the filters is easy to do. I have a senior dog and 2 senior cats and it works great. The cat that likes to drink out of the bathtub faucet loves to drink from the spout and the other cat and the dog drink from the pan. So much better than an open bowl. If it is placed in a high traffic the charge lasts about a week. I have a portable power bank so I recharge without taking the control module out. Works great!

Was great until it wasn’t
Update: Am changing my rating b/c I have been in touch with customer service (who have been GREAT and helpful), which is why I am changing my rating at this time. I am getting a replacement motor and pray this one does not die (praying 1st was a fluke). I do like the product and my “picky” fur baby does too so I’d like to keep him happy as well. Will let you know how the next one works out.I bought this at the end of Nov 2024 for my fur babies to use … worked great until last night. Now it won’t pump any water out for them. It worked for 3 months and not a day longer. It has a full charge and I cleaned it again to be sure I didn’t miss anything. Today, I am looking for a new water bowl … 😔

Issues with all three lights flashing. Dead unit after three days.
I assembled the unit per the directions and it began working with the motion sensor, which is good. However, shortly after it began to flash all three lights and would not pump water. I saw another review about this. So I applied for a return and requested a replacement which arrived today but it has not been opened yet. When I took the pump out of the first unit and removed the filter from the bottom just to check it and then I put the filter back in and tested it and It began to work and the light stopped flashing. So my guess is if you see flashing lights probably need to just take the filter out. There is a sensor there make sure it’s clear And then put it back together again. It’s been working for the past two days.Update 8/29-the unit is no longer pumping water. I pulled the pump from the bowl and it was orange colored water coming from the filter. I will return this today and use the replacement that was sent to me. I’m not confident that this is gonna last long.

Best cat fountain I have ever had
This is the most amazing cat fountain I have ever owned. It holds such a nice supply of water, and the charge holds for several weeks. I tend to neglect it because it is so reliable, but if it does run out of water by any chance my cats are sure to come tell me.

Convenience to use everywhere!
I bought it for second room use because my cat is going all over the floors. It’s cordless, super easy to clean, and totally pump-free—no more messy parts to deal with. My cat loves the flowing water, and I love not having to plug it in or clean it constantly. The motion-sensor feature is fun, and the stainless steel tray feels really high-quality. Plus, the 5-stage filter and battery life are awesome. Highly recommend if you want something smart, quiet, and low-maintenance.

I recently purchase the FeelNeedy water fountain. I chose it for the ‘no motor’ option. It also has a sensor and can be wireless. It’s very sleek inside and out and extremely easy to clean, it literally takes a minute. After 2 weeks it seemed to have a sensor glitch. The customer service at FeelNeedy was phenomenal. They were right on it, helping me promptly and have sent me a replacement. I don’t think you can do better than that. Thank you FeelNeedy!!!
